Lots of comments on that video from fans who were convinced he was going to sign for Villa. The last two aged real well! I don't remember him being linked with them... here are a few
1. Was hoping Leeds would be looking at this kid ?. Villa have an excellent scouting network and money to spend, seems likely they'll be challenging for Europe in the next few years
2. Reminds me of seedorf hope we sign him at villa
3. If Villa can keep Grealish, and find a competent right wing that can play next to buendia and him behind Watkins, they will be able to challenge for Europe next season
4. He really is star in the making , great business so far by villa
5. let me tell you Aston villa , this kid is amazing i swear he is very very good ( both defensively and offensively )and very confident !
6. Him linking with Grealish ??
7. If Villa can pull this off and get a striker, centre back, left back cover & keep progressing our excellent youth, we'll be right up there next season. Oh and Grealish is going nowhere.

It’s never going to happen in one season. I love this deal not getting excited about it is fine but to not make the deal due to he’s not what we need today is just daft.
