Yeah..I'll give it a bash.

Anyone know if 2 people can log on to account at the same time on different devices to try and secure em?
You don't need to log into an account to join the queue. Just join the queue and whichever one gets through first you login and don't lose your space.

The club is putting tickets up for sale to OH members in batches of three at a time. This is, in my opinion, just unfair. The more matches which are put up for sale in this way, the less time and less chance one has to purchase tickets. I feel that they should put up match tickets for sale, one at a time. By doing so, will give you a better chance to more members to purchase tickets.

I was 7k odd when the queue paused, got the Burnley one as there were a fair number available but the NLD showing sold out (doesn't mean none will free up mind)

I was 12k in the queue when it paused. Wanted a ticket for Burnley but didnt get one. The whole system is very bizarre.

It's a stupid system and penalises you for being busy for 1 hour every few months

I was 7k in the queue when it was paused. It got going just after 10am and at 10.20 I was seventh when they said I had been timed out. WTF? Crazy system and seems completely arbitrary.

System is bizzare and also frustrating when you see them all over tout sites for big mark ups

Would a Liverpool style ballot system be fairer or would that upset the members who seem to have the queueing system sussed out and get in at the front of the queue.:)

The reality is that demand far outweighs availability…..which ever way it’s done there will be loads that miss out. I’ve got a membership but have given up even trying..just rely on the exchange but that’s also down to logging on and checking at the right time…

Only when the team is doing well. Think the last third of last season plenty available?
I know the exchange didn’t sell so well end of last season.

Try when the exchange opens, often you get some season ticket holders sell them. I bought a few tickets on exchange this season. They always seem to pop up even if close to the game.

True. Got the Chelsea game that way.
