Best news for me he doesn't go not this year anyway.

They've broken their transfer record this window I just don't seem them breaking it twice in one window, they've not spent over 200m in one summer since 17/18 and these are very different times, and in previous seasons they've always recouped 50/60/80M, this year so far its 30M and not looking like they can move many players on.

If they did sign Kane they would be committing 150M+ and probably paying him 300K+ a week if not 400K, that's 80-100M in wages. It's close to a 250M deal.

For a club ownership that said they are richer than god, Hopefully god will have the last laugh.

Harry staying is fantastic news in my opinion, we won't be able to buy better and he cares to much about personal records to sulk.

Just hope we now action the 'Harry's staying' transfer plan and get our business done.
Is he?

If City really wanted him, they would have signed him - and given him the #10 shirt.

City wanted Grealish.
I’m not sure that’s true. I think they do really want him but got bad intelligence from his brother on the cost and have waited for us to buckle and we haven’t

Is he staying, what did I miss

Still think he will go. We'll then proceed with some panic buying at the end of the window - as is tradition :D

I think it’s great idea that they’re trying to raise spirits by letting the players train with glow sticks.

At this rate, City's search for a striker won't be a raging success.

If Atletico have agreed a fee for Vlahovic, it might push them over the edge and into a daft bid.

They may as well attempt for Lewandowski to be honest.

I honestly think if they were in the market for 30+ year old players, they'd have gone for messi.

Lewandowski would be the ultimate regrettable rebound for the kind of money it'd take.

Think a few are jumping the gun here. I wont believe Kane is staying until the window is closed and he's still here.
That's a wise approach but I think it's looking less and less likely that he leaves.

At the beginning of the window I was so, so confident he'd stay, purely because I could not see City bidding £150+ million. It's not how they do things. I made a few bets with non-spurs mates as I simply could not see them stumping up that much for one player, especially with Levy involved.

My confidence has wavered many times, and I all but assumed I'd lost my money once or twice, but as the deadline gets closer, I'm starting to think my initial gut feeling was right.

City aren't like Madrid - they've consistently backed down on transfers if the fees weren't to their liking. With only 10 days left I don't think 150m will even be enough for Levy anymore - and can you really see Man City putting in a last minute bid for £160-170m after the outlay on Grealish?

I can't see it.

If he stays and can get his head right, then great. Lost so much emotional capital with literally everyone, but if he can keep scoring I'll keep cheering them in.

After such a turbulent summer, if he stays, we've just beat them, and they don't end up signing a striker having chased only Harry around all summer with a wallet full of empty promises, the meltdown with their fans is going to be epic in proportion. And be fair to them, rightly so.

Who knows what's happening? NES's decision to include Kane or not in Sunday's squad, could be if nobody (City) hadn't made an acceptable offer by midnight, we're not selling.
I'm not happy how Harry has handled this situation but I really want Levy to stand his ground and show that we as a club can't be pushed around.
