Twente Ticket Update

09 November 2010

We have received an allocation of 1,200 tickets priced at £34 for our UEFA Champions League match against FC Twente in Holland on Tuesday December 7. This is in line with the 5% of the stadium capacity that we are entitled to under competition rules.
As a result of this allocation we can now confirm that Season Ticket holders that applied by the deadline and have a loyalty point total of 616 or more will be allocated a ticket for this match.
The official travel packages organised by Thomas Cook Sport have also been over-subscribed for this fixture and places have been issued on a loyalty point basis to the season ticket holders that applied. Thomas Cook will contact all applicants directly to confirm if they have been successful with their application on this occasion.
If your loyalty points total means that you qualify for a ticket directly from the Club and also receive confirmation from Thomas Cook Sport that you have been allocated a place on one of the official packages, please notify the Ticket Office at your earliest opportunity in order that we can cancel your ticket application and allocate a ticket to another season ticket holder as early as possible. Likewise, if other members of your group have been unsuccessful and you no longer wish to travel then please advise us as soon as possible to allow other supporters to attend.
In the event of any cancellations, tickets will be allocated to the next applicants on the loyalty point scale.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
Once again, those supporters that have been allocated a ticket will be required to complete a form detailing your travel arrangements for this fixture. This is to allow us to provide information to all relevant authorities on how supporters will be travelling to the match. All successful applicants are being sent a form in the post to their registered address. This form must be completed in full and returned to the Ticket Office as soon as possible (and no later than Friday 19 November).
When completing the form please also indicate whether you would like to pay £4.95 to have your ticket(s) sent in the post or collected from the Ticket Office in Paxton Road. Anyone opting to collect their tickets are advised to bring photographic identification (Passport, Driving Licence etc) with them in order for the tickets to be released. You can collect for all successful members of your group providing that all travel information forms have been returned.
Please return your forms in an envelope marked "FC Twente Travel Details" to:
Ticket Office, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, 748 High Road, N17 0AP, or hand in at the Ticket Office in Paxton Road between 9.30am and 5.00pm.

Nope, a good couple of hundred points short.

I have been offered a ticket in the Twente end, but have passed up on that.

I've had the flights and accomodation sorted for just over a month, 8 of us flying out to Amsterdam the day before the game, no tickets though. Was thinking that Twente might be dead and buried by the time we play them so a few home end tickets might pop up on viagogo or seatwave.

Managed to get one of the two tickets we applied for, so not sure what to do now. Might see how much it would cost to cancel flights and accomadation.

On that note (see above)...anyone know anyone who would want 2 return flights to Amsterdam (leaving early on the 7th of December and returning evening of the 8th of December) from Leeds/Bradford.....£90 each. I very much doubt it, but worth a try....
