Sack him now but I absolutely love him taking down Levy and telling the players some home truths is very much to my liking.

The absolutely best possible outcome from the final few hours/days/weeks of Antonio Conte and Spurs is if he takes all the charlatans upstairs down with him in a blaze of sorry home truths.

Hes bang on in what i've seen so far.

He needs to go, but he can very much fill his boots when it comes to slagging off those upstairs. A fish rots from the head.

I was absolutely buzzing when we employed him, but I’m going to be even happier when he’s gone. The moral of the story is, I know fuck all about football.

Loool fairs

He's not wrong about some players but a lot of players don't wanna play 'under pressure' because they want to be the ones applying the pressure, something we have never done under him.

Glad he's sticking it to the owners though

not a big fan but fair enough to say this
They're used to it here. Don't play for something important. They don't want to play under pressure. They don't want to play under stress. Tottenham's story is this. 20 years there is the owner & they never won something. Why?"
his spitting pure facts

Those comments should never have been aired in public. His position for me now is untenable. I expect to hear some news within 48 hours.

Never forget the 2008 Carling Cup.

Edit - ffs the wiki for the 2008 League Cup final says: "As of 2023, the 2008 League Cup final win remains Tottenham’s last major trophy. "

You watch our luck, we've probably got our next man lined up for the summer. Conte goes after those comments and the new mam can't/won't come now so we end up going for someone else.

Although if history tells us anything that would probably work out for us looking at Levys track record.

If Poch was saying this after 5 years of zero backing, I’d be completely understanding and sympathetic. Conte has absolutely no right to be saying what he is saying.
From the off he has had this tone of him giving us a favour and although I couldn’t disagree with the mentality of the players etc he knew exactly what he was signing up to and he has had this tone on and off since he arrived at the Lane. Yep Levy is at fault with the previous two appointments and in my view with Conte as well (all three managers varieties of fossil football have been painful) as well as the wider issues that we’ve all mentioned and been aware of over the years.

Just hope it’s all done, hopefully, first day or so of the international break. We need attacking football, might as well gamble now with 10 games to go and say go on gardening leave back to Italy.

I was going back to Conte In when we went 3-1 up and I saw his passion again. How quickly it all changes. He's not wrong but its also never his fault in his mind. Its amazing how little these results affect me anymore. Hard to care anymore

Sounds like a dead man walking.

You can blame the club for not winning, but blame yourself for playing players with the handbrake on.

This failure, us going out of 2 cups is purely down to you. Not the club. Same with the wolves and Leicester game.
