Belgian kid?
Doku. Good player. Fast. Belgian. Kid.
Belgian kid?
not looking promising.

There is news going round that Neto has had a setback and won't be back until at least February. That could very well harden Wolves' reluctance to sell.
Pretty simple, if we stump up the 40 ish million that they want we'll get him.
They just won't entertain any loan to buy offers.
I think he is worth more than 40 mio to them.Pretty simple, if we stump up the 40 ish million that they want we'll get him.

Sounds like he's staying then.Pretty simple, if we stump up the 40 ish million that they want we'll get him.

The idea that Wolves would let their most important player, who is our manager’s top target, and who only has two years left on his contract go on loan without an obligation is total fantasy.
From Wolves’ perspective if it were a loan with an option they’d be losing the player their tactics revolve around for the season, and could potentially have him back at the club a year from now with only a year left on his contract, his value slashed in half. It’d be all risk, no reward. No business person would ever so much as consider the possibility.
The loan-with-option structure is so self-evidently never going to happen that I’d be genuinely stunned if Paratici ever even attempted it. Nuno wants the player and we’ve been eyeing him up on a permanent deal, even if we attempted a bit of creative accounting.
You may think that’s “dumb” but it’s been the reality all throughout. It comes down to one’s opinion of the player, which has been rehashed ad nauseum in this thread so I won’t bother to go into it.
