Anyone at all interested?

Pretty open match going on between Shaun Murphy and Jamie Cope at the moment. Looks like Carter/Selby in the second round if Selby progresses, looking forward to that.

As he's a Yid, and looks like he'd drink at my local I hope Martin Gould makes a bit of noise. Can't see past Robertson or O'Sullivan however.

Can't see past O'Sullivan for this tbh. He is just unreal.

I hope Selby does well too though, always enjoy how he manages to stay in and grind out matches

First time I've watched ina few years and can't believe how much it has changed so quickly...so many unknown names to me with all the seeds getting knocked out. Surely Ronnie has it sown up already, unless he throws one of his strops of course!

O'Sullivan's currently behind 5-3 going in to the second session of his second round match with Joe Perry. Best of 25 though, so I fully expect O'Sullivan to come back and take it.

Looking forward to watching a bit of Selby/Carter later. Two of my current favourites.

Neil Robertson is looking good as well though, won his match a session early yesterday 10-2.

He is great when in the balls, but his safety lets him down a lot imo. I think Selby or O'Sullivan would make short work of him for that reason.

I've always questioned Robertson's mentality, but then again that can be said about most of the lads when they're seriously under pressure. I'd happily see him win another World Championship though.

O'Sullivan is conspiring to lose here, missing easy pots.

It really would blow the draw right open. Looking forward to the final session tomorrow, hopefully Perry can sew it up.

Ronnie played out of his skin there in those last 4 frames. Back to back centuries to close it out. The rest of the field must have let out a collective groan when they saw him go through.

If only he had his head together earlier in his career he could have broken every record in the game. Phenomenal talent, even if he is a scum fan. We all have our problems :)

Absolutely special performance to win the match by Ronnie. Really hope he goes on to win it again.

He may have a few more than the rest of us

Gutted I missed the final session between Hawkins and Walden, sounded like a really good match.

I'm never quite sure why people like Ronnie O'Sullivan so much as he comes across as a bit of an attention-mongering twerp to me at times.

That says he plays snooker like Michaelangelo painted ceilings so I'd still want him to win most matches as he's generally a cut above the rest.

Ronnie taught Michaelangelo to paint ceilings in between frames.

He's a better player left handed than most players are with there dominant hand.

When he won the World Championship playing only right handed, I think it was the BBC who did a stats thing showing that he was the best player in the World right handed and according to his stats the 5th best when playing exclusively left handed.

Looks like it's going to be a good line-up in the semis.

O'Sullivan v Hawkins (probably) and Selby v Trump/Robertson (a good game either way).

I think an O'Sullivan v Selby final would be the most interesting game to watch as I just don't see any of the others getting close to him.
