Impressed wtih Wolves' play, final ball letting them down and our defence has done well in the main. Shout out to Eric Dier on a decent first half, he's looked much better today compared with midweek - maybe Jose told him not to bother running against Bayern!

I'd Bring on GLC for Dier and switch Sissoko to the left side of CM to help with Traore. Making sure Aurier is more disciplined at the same time and doesn't bomb forward

All about opinions of course but I think we’d get absolutely destroyed if these changes were made!

Have to get things in perspective , they are at home, are a good team and started the game above us in the league, yes they have had a lot of possession but we should be two up . So far we have defended pretty well , Gazza has not really been tested yet , would just like a bit more composure when we have the ball , have given it away too easily sometimes.

Our ball retention had been putrid. Sanchez and Dier have had remarkably uneven games. Serge and Sissoko not good. Son has been taken out of the game by Wolves. Needs to get himself more involved.
I actually thought Aurier was pretty good defensively. Won lots of headers and made some good challenges. His passing on the other hand...

Dier has been one of our better performers, admittedly.

Sanchez has been terrible. Son, Alli, Moura's touches have been very poor.

Sissoko has shown glimpses of good play but a bit quiet.

Despite our very poor play, we almost scored a 2nd goal

Great team performance. Keep it up and we will get the 2nd goal
No it hasnt been a great team performance at all, mate. We're 2nd to every ball, and can't string 2 passes together. The player's touches have been so heavy and flaky.

The only thing keeping us in the game is wolves lack of a potent finisher.

doubt it, I think they're based in NY, Hank will know more.
The studio is in Connecticut, I believe. But they do the fan fests around the country a few times a year. Lowe flies cross country from California every weekend based on her instagram.

Imagine us trying to play from the back with our midfield in this state in this game. We'd be way worse than we are right now so I think that currently our hoofing from the back is a legitimate strategy until we regain control of the midfield.

I honestly think that we've generally defended and attacked well. The problem for us this half is that the lads are too stressed on the ball and we 're lacking ball retention in midfield which is inviting needless pressure on us.

We win the ball back at the back but Son, Kane and Moura are to deep and not making runs. They’re in no mans land, not helping defensively and too deep to counter attack.

Two things we clearly need to rectify are ball retention and helping Jan out on the left hand side. Surely one of Sess, GLC or Skipp will be coming on. GLC for one of the front four and bring him deeper as an 8 would be my preference

Sanchez and Sissoko look like they've just shit themselves every time they're on the ball its remarkable :ROFLMAO:

Holy, Moses... From one extreme to the other. The long ball tactics employed by Mourinho isn't exactly the easiest on the eye.

Really good first half by Spurs, we look very dangerous going forward and are slowly starting to look solid defensively. The traore lad for wolves is enjoying himself on the left but we have dealt with this service well.

I like this counter attacking style from spurs, very few sideways passes.

Not following this thread, only watching the match, so no idea what the consensus is, but Dier by far our best player today followed by Toby and Dele.

Not been great but we are away to a good, on form side.
