I think at 22, HG or not it's best for both us and him to move him on if we don't feel he's up to the standard.

It's one area the club always seem pretty good at: moving our youth to clubs they can build a career at even if they don't make it here.

Yeah I think his time with us has passed but I hope he goes on to have a decent career, we see so many youth products, I know we signed him from an Irish club, drop down the leagues and often out of football but I think he’ll be able to make a living out of the game
