It's time for a change Levy.

His quotes after the game confirm he's not going to change with this ridiculous over rotation.

Tactically, just so disappointing. When the average fan can see it you've got problems.

We've hit the glass ceiling and I don't ever see him improving tactically, and you need that tactical edge in the big games, or at least be on a par with your adversary.

We'd improve no doubt once the new signings settle but we're still going to be hamstrung by his tactical ineptitude and bizarre over rotation.

To be honest, I think Pochs response was just a defensive one as he could anticipate questions about Ndoumble not starting,he’s probably sick of the media witch hunt. Current levels aren’t good enough but those calling out Poch for being stupid are off the mark

It's definitely a defensive comment. The question is rather who or what is he defending? For me it's an arrogant answer which makes him look like a prick, intended or not.

Ignoring the dreadful form and state for a moment.

How many times do we come into these big games and lose because Poch can't see the way the game is going and alter things? The odd game from time to time and you'd feel that its just one of those things but I honestly think he will always get tactically outfitted in tense tight affairs with a lot on the line because he can't be proactive.

Even if he'd been given 200m and we had a good team our there I'd expect it to go the same way as he's incapable of being proactive.

For example Allegri in the CL two years ago, two tactical tweaks and we lose a game we were dominating.

POCH OUT, said the same shit when Sissoko got handed a new deal, he's lost his motivation & continues to pick the bastards that don't wanna be here

I’ve been poch in, but his 11, his subs and then this comment is ludicrous! He’s telaly

Prior to N'Dombele coming on, we had 1 shot on target (for Kane's goal) (4 total) to their 12 (21 total). After he came on we had about 10 more.

Prior to N'Dombele coming on, they had 75% possession to our 25%.

Prior to N'Dombele coming on they had 300 more passes than us.

Prior to N'Dombele coming on we had a 60% accuracy passing to their 85%.

What is this dude watching?

You’re right it’s an arrogant answer, or defiant, most top sports managers/competitors are a little arrogant. He’s always had that side

Although you're right, if we carry on this form for much longer we won't.
We're slipping and something needs to change, quick.

If we lose to Everton then he has to go. I don’t see how he can keep his job. Even Man U are above us now!

True. But what kind of message does that send to the players who he relies on to give their all for him?

I’m not saying he was right to say what he did, just that those that have judged it as a literal view of ndombles performance are all wrong as it wasn’t

I don't think anyone has judged it that literally but rather as the arrogant, inconsiderate and nonchalant response it is.

I just want him to go now. Enough is enough, if he isn’t sacked after Everton if we lose then I don’t know what to say.

If it’s true also what Hercules has said in his thread that he sacked the fitness guy then promoted his son to the role

It's a defensive reaction to those quotes.

He's one incredibly stubborn man.

I'm fucking sick of our football as well. We're losing most weeks since February and we're boring.

Pull the trigger Levy. Go get Jose. A winner and far superior tactician.

I admire your patience. For me it should have been after Bayern. The signs have been there for more than a year now and he's had plenty of opportunities to turn things around.

I am a bit depressed how I've just come to accept that we'll struggle to win a game these days. I don't even get angry any more, like it is a foregone conclusion.

It reminds me of the Alan Sugar days. Sad times.

What's worse is that people will still make excuses for MP despite him out-doing Ranieri for the ultimate Tinkerman title.
