I’m not sure it’s ever a good time to transition after such a successful reign like Fergie/Klopp/Pep. Whoever comes in will be expected to continue on that form, and the fans have been spoilt for years. I think it’s generally easier if you come in after a downfall, following someone like Mourinho for example, who has probably fallen out with everyone, or someone like Jol or Poch for us who never quite reached the goals they should have. It’ll be difficult for Slot.
I feel Slot will be a Poch type always there or there abouts but not quite getting there at the end. The bigger question if it starts to go pear shape how long will he get and then where do they go to.

If I were Liverpool I'd be desperate for that Saudi money for Salah. They could do a full rebuild on it and they don't even really need one.

I'm just glad they don't want Ange, just Man United im worried about in that regard now.

It might not be a popular opinion but I don't think any of the "big" teams are going to give Ange a second look until he proves he can be more dynamic at this level.

This is mental to me. As a DoF/sporting director he's got good previous but as a manager he's just not very good. Poor Harry
