I predict that Lawro will predict Liverpool and City to go unbeaten and both breach the 100 point mark again.

Last season he predicted City to get 106 points.

He wasn’t that far off the actual City points haul, in fairness. And Liverpool only lost one game.

Don’t know why everyone gets so worked up about his predictions, it’s only a bit of fun!

A whopping 8 points off...

Fucking hell, you know we’re fucked if the cad has us down for a 3-0 win and saying we’re a long way of a crisis.

Tottenham v Southampton
I think Tottenham will be back with a bang this week, because they are a long way off being in crisis.

Mauricio Pochettinho did look somewhat disillusioned after last weekend's defeat by Leicester, and it does appear something is going on behind the scenes. But that doesn't stop the players from performing and they should be too strong for Southampton. A comfortable win would go a long way to solving Spurs' problems.

More like 6-2 to Spurs I think

I was quite optimistic about today until I read this

LAWRO'S PREDICTION
Wolves are unbeaten in the Premier League since mid-September - 11 games ago - and it is clear they have got a bit of extra quality going right through their side.

Those runs cannot last forever though, and I am going to go for a Tottenham win.

Prediction: 0-2

Zero reasoning involved. How does he still get paid.

He has gone for an away win for us today, in fact he has us on 17 more points for the season so far than we have got

Tottenham v Liverpool (17:30 GMT)
When I think of this fixture, I think of Dejan Lovren's terrible day at Wembley in 2017 when Harry Kane took him apart. in a 4-1 defeat.

The Reds are a much better team now, though, and Spurs are not quite the same either - although for a different reason.

Without Kane, I don't know how Spurs will hurt Liverpool.

Yes, Christian Eriksen can play but he is a free agent in the summer and able to talk to other clubs - is he really going to pull his finger out and run around with the possibility of getting injured? I am not sure about that.

Lawro's prediction: 1-2

He obviously hasn't watched us in a while

Tottenham v Arsenal (16:30 BST)

Both of these teams are in mid-table, and only on the fringes of the race for the Champions League spots - who would have thought that at the start of the season?

I think that says it all about where they are at right now. They both have flaws, but I'd still say Spurs are more solid.

Lawro's prediction: 2-0

I wish I hadn't. First time ever I'm considering not watching the NLD. I couldn't believe how useless we were last night.

Burnley v Tottenham (20:00 GMT)
I still can't quite believe how Tottenham threw away a 3-0 lead against West Ham with less than 10 minutes remaining, and only picked up a point.

That just showed how Spurs are still something of an enigma and, as dangerous as they are going forward, they are still vulnerable at the back.

I think Burnley can capitalise, if they take the game to Spurs. The Clarets are getting more and more players back from injury, and I'm backing them to get their first win of the season.

Lawro's prediction: 2-1
