Yay, a 9th place finish. Look out McLaren and Ferrari Williams are on the comeback trail!

...I miss the days of Nigel Mansell and Damon Hill when we were actually good

Mika Hakkinen was a good driver as well, very much under rated but was a bore....I also liked Eddie Irvine and Mika Salo!!

hakkinen was a bore, i could never understand him when he spoke. and salo and irvine did well together when schumacher broke his leg

on to the next race, bahrain tomorrow at 12.30 itv 1

massa on pole, rookie hamilton second, ice man raikkonen third and the champ alonso fourth

the standings are alonso 18pts, raikkonen 16pts, hamilton 14pts, heidfeld 10pts.

if hamilton can jump massa at the start like last week, it'll make for such an interesting race

if massa holds position, the ferrari is good enough to romp home comfortably

all i want is entertainment, for as good as those cars are, its so dissapointing when a fast f1 car cant overtake another fast f1 car and has to jump him in the pits. more overtaking is needed at the front end

At least i don't have to get up early tomorrow!! I hope we can see some overtaking, it makes it all the moore better. The passing move JV did on Schumi in Estoril was a cracker and I miss not having JV in f1! we need more drivers willing to take chances, maybe it's related to the downforce levels and the put of these things.

Come on Bernie, make F1 cool again, schumi has gone and lets have fun

What about Alonso, his car wasn't up to the job today....I suppose you'd say If Alonso wasn't in the way Kimi would win.

What about poor DC, he had a cracker

 Thanks....I'm shamed now!! It was slightly more interesting as sometimes we do better (spurs) when I ain't watching.

I prefer Heidfield compared to Kubica though!

I'm hardly gonna start watching something else when what you were watching was almost finished anyways?
