Hmm.

JJ is retiring in a week.
Anyone know of anyone in the club thought to be leaving any time soon?

No... surely... it can't be!

[And obviously isn't ;) ]

Really? Fake injuries and refusing to play? What's different except a couple of Modric quotes actually saying he wanted to leave? Bale has behaved in a very similar way.

Pretty sure there's no evidence of this behaviour beyond unreliable media outlets looking to sell papers or click throughs and our own assumptions. Very little of the ITK has indicated that this behaviour is going on. I'd say until we have cast iron proof of this behaviour we should give our player the benefit of doubt

We have shown last couple of games we don't need him especially if we sign Lamela so if he wants to be a **** he can always sit in the stands for a season and train with the academy

Time for Levy to play hardball with Bale if he is being a ****

Not sure if this is a joke or not but BEN on FTL...

Bale was just outside my house spoke to him

Was far from unhappy said seeing how plays out said loves spurs but sometimes opportunities only come up once

Was cutting through Repton park had no option to speak to me as I blocked him in at avenue gate

Was very friendly in a way feel for him in terms of waiting

IF Bale has effectively gone on strike then i cannot see Levy backing down. Hope he takes the line 'f*ck you then Gareth, your staying'

If the absence was unauthorised then fine him 2 weeks wages and tell him if he doesn't turn up in the morning that the Madrid deal is off

if he has gone on 'strike' he will have assumed as much already, doubt it is going to achieve anything either way.

Can't think of anything worse.

If he had said that in June, i think people would have far more respect for him now...

This.

Pretty sure most of the ITK has said the injuries were genuine.

GB could have kicked up all the stink in the world about wanting to leave in the press, but we haven't heard a peep.

You're all reacting to tabloid gossip, exactly the type you all complained about from the start of this saga.

The unfortunate fact is none of you know what is going on, leave it to the club to sort out, and stop slagging people off on the basis of what SSN are saying, on the ITK thread of all places.
