There’s been some decent pledges made today. Given the paucity of transfers over the last couple of windows, please make an effort to visit the Transfer Pledges thread to make a pledge, great or small.

This place is phenomenal but needs our support too

So from Herc's ITK it seems like Dybala and Coutinho are the main two targets and that GLC/Fernandes will only be pursued if one or both of those main targets can't be acquired.

Aurier is allowed to go and we would then move for an RB but no idea who targets might be in that area at this point.

Hercules:

Yanited were never going to pay what we wanted, and got told they offered below 50m, but we allowed them to speak. Coutinho loan is/was insurance of CE left after the window.

Told Dybala/GLC/BF does not depend on selling CE. Dybala especially is structurally a 5 year payment plan, in line with his contract. See this as 50/50. Player keen, but obvs financials only possible issue. Told Betis accepted our payment proposal now. But if we get Dybala & Coutinho. for example, we wouldn’t pursue any other in that area.

Aurier will only be allowed to go if we can bring in a RB.

That’s good news from Herc, I think.

It seems like the deal for Dybala is there if we really want it, which I hope we do.

Personally would prefer GLC that PC.

If Dybala, GLC and Tanguay minus Eriksen is our midfield moves this summer.... it’s been a heck of a window.

But this is Spurs, so fully expecting some twists and turns.

£20 to the pot when I get paid for any further (first team additions)

Thing is, if Utd were never gonna pay what we wanted, who the hell else is? The only club that he wants to go to are not interested, know we need to sell, and know he wants to go to them. They'll roger us silly in negotiations.

Any hope of getting a big payoff for Eriksen lay with Utd. Now we either sell him for a reduced fee to Madrid at the end of the window or let him play out his contract.
