The Chapman Ornstein podcast is worth a listen. Ornstein said that it was common knowledge that Poch was on borrowed time, the only surprise was that he wasn't sacked earlier. Relationship had completely broken down apparently.

Other tidbits which cast Poch in a bad light, such as 'people around him' openly talking about wanting to leave, and not flying back with the squad after the CL final. He also citied impartial sources close to the club who were very unimpressed with how things had deteriorated with Poch as manager.

and the fact that he allegedly met with a Man Utd club official at a service station off the M25. If Levy knew about that then that would of been the beginning of the end

It was. Was also mentioned by their Utd reporter in an article last week.

I see Michael Cox also has a 45 minute Zonal Marking pod up about Mourinho's evolution as a manager. Should be a good listen.

Seems an incredibly stupid place to have a secret meeting, must be one of the busiest places in the country.
Might as well meet him on Oxford Street.

Yeah it was. Either in the ornstein one or spurs one. They kind of morphed into one when I was listening earlier
