Agree with this.

Apart from a couple of costly mistakes at the back I thought today was one of our most coherent performances under Jose. We pressed well, passed the ball and kept possession well. Lacked cutting edge at vital times but that was to be expected with Son/Kane missing.

I've been critical of most of our performances under Jose but today actually gave me a bit of hope we could have a decent end to the season. Think if we bring Lloris and Toby back in I would keep this shape for the remaining matches.

You really learn the people who genuinely mean they value performance of results in games like this  Some are yelling about the tactics employed by Jose as if nothing has changed from this game relative to the last few.

I enjoyed the first 15 minute, but that aside - we were horrendous.

Im not sure that the performance or Mourinhos input can be defended at all to be honest.

Looking forward to the end of the season, but then we aren’t going to spend big and based on what’s happened so far I also don’t see that Mourinho can or will be able to improve the players he has. Fucking depressing.

Defensively, we look scared shitless constantly. It’s not helped by the fact, teams can play one pass and they’re bearing down on our CBs. The shape is killing us and our full backs are really average defensively.

Still can’t believe that we didn’t even have a go last fifteen. Just fannied around and didn’t give it a good go. Same with Chelsea last week.

This season is taking years off my life.

I can't believe it when people on here have the self-delusion and arrogance to complain that the game has passed the game.

You can have the fantastic tactics all you want but if players miss tackles, don't stop crosses or are out-paced then there isn't much a manager can do. First goal, Dier needs to stop the cross and misses it, second goal Tanganga misses the tackle and then Davies comes out of position to make the tackle and misses it. Third goal, Aurier tries to foul him but can't and Tanganga falls over.

I can't believe it when people on here have the self-delusion to complain that the game has passed Mourinho by.
They will never stop mate. Attacking Jose is their favourite hobby

Interested to hear what the “pure futbol” folk among us who have complained about us playing it long thought of Wolves, magnificent, fluent passing, pretty football Wolves who, aside from capitalising on three horrendous errors, lumped the ball up field to Adama and Jimenez basically every chance they could?

Whatever the reason, he was shit at the end.

You might Be right re a Levy - if you think that happened, boycott the club.
Me boycotting the club I’m more than happy to make a stand , but we have to do as a collective in our thousands to have your voice heard. But the happy clappers will just put up with Levy’s shit and say got a great stadium and training ground blah blah blah.

Whatever style they played was fluent and effective. They defended well and their organization compared to ours was excellent. Attacking wise we were a shambles shape wise and they had tons of space Thats the reality

I think we played better in this game than we did against Wolves at their place but we won that one and lost this one, it’s a funny old game.

Except it isn’t the reality and I’m seriously struggling to believe you even watched the game, the more you speak about it.

I did watch the game and this is my opinion. Wolves were much better than us especially in the second half where it all counted. They defended well and we were wide open. That's my truth.

Well aware pal. What’s frustrating though is when their opinions completely ignore fact.
People can look at the same evidence/facts and draw different conclusions. There would be no point in having forums, Reddit or pubs if we interpreted facts in the same way.
