Dont normally dig out players but Rose from being the best left back in the league to being one of the worst

Sessegnon has to be better. Against dead teams like Watford Sessegnon womt have much to do defensively but atleast he can control a ball and cross it

Right now I’d quite like to see neither Toby or Jan unless they’re going to sign a new contract and remember how to defend or pass a ball.

They also seem so slow now. Toby just drops off players like he knows he is slow

I didn't necessarily say the full backs were terrible just that we weren't getting balls in from out wide, even when they were closed down and passed to the support players they didn't do it either and nobody else was moving giving options either.

That's often the case but today there was a lot of crossing but not much on the end of them. Aurier hit 14 crosses and a lot of them were very decent. Lamela also had 14 although mostly corners.

In total we had 41 crosses. They had 4.

This will get a lot worse before it gets better.

Poch won’t leave without a payoff and Levy will not pay the money to get rid and get someone else in.

We will be lucky to finish in the top ten this season...

how many freekicks should we have had in their penalty area for Foster holding onto the ball for more than 6 seconds? I noticed every time he had the ball their players were talking to the ref to distract him from timing how long he held it. Referees don't seem interested in stamping out this type of cheating!
Sorry mate but that’s bollocks, even when the six second rule came in years ago it never worked and hasn’t been properly implemented.
Don’t go down that road, the time wasting probably accounted for about two minutes tops and we’d do the same if we had to.

ok who would you like to come in?

I agree with you about being brave Alderweireld Vertonghen Rose Eriksen Aurier should all be banished from the squad.
I want to see Tanganga, put him in with Sanchez and chuck Dier in the DM role.
What else has Poch got to lose unless he doesn’t give a fcuk?

Did Kane look like he needed to be dropped or rested on Monday? He's one of the best players in the league but being used incorrectly.
So how would you play him differently then? Because when Lucas doesn’t play he deserves to play but when he does play he pushes Kane out of position. Also just to note he was so static today, didn’t make runs, didn’t try to lose his marker and didn’t look like he wanted to get involved in link up play either.

For me it's not Kane that is played incorrectly, it's Alli.
He needs to be played at the number 10 behind Kane. He showed today that he knows when to get in the box and that is what we need, runners into the box

I'd play him exactly how he's used for England. With Son (Sterling) and Lucas (Sancho) playing wide off him and making runs beyond, rather than crowding Kane's space.

When/If Alli gets his form going then going back to the 4231 with Alli playing just off him would work a lot better than it is now

I don’t really care too much anymore, and there are more important things in life.

Hopefully things become more enjoyable in future, but I shall be checking out emotionally until then.

Going off the Dele 'not handball', I can't see the difference in my head (haven't check videos) to where it hit Sissoko for a handball in the CL final

Edit: As there's a disagree, I've compared. Sissoko's was armpit..

Dele's was the same area, but more of the outside of the arm.

There's quite a debate around this as it seems to be completely random as to what they call the arm for handball and not (even this season with VAR), but it just wounds a bit more that the Sissoko thing was still not a fair decision.

Poch's team selection every week is baffling. There is never a settled side our defence is constantly changing week after week. Why Son didn't start is a mystery as he's often likely to score or create a goal and is one of the few players who actually tries.
I find it difficult at the moment to see where the next win is coming from. If we finish mid table …..as it seems at the moment then most of our players will leave or at least the ones that are worth keeping and that does narrow it down quite a bit.
Also with a mid table finish and no european football then who will we attract.
It's very depressing at the moment and I do fear that we could be back to a few years ago with no hope of any major titles. It could all change in the next few games and we get back on the winning trail and start to move up the table. I live in hope but then I've been following Spurs since the 1940's (That's right I'm very old) so I'm used to disappointments but I just thought this was the time again since 61.

All for the sake of another 5-10 grand. another Levy trying to live up to his image of a clever dealer. The same for Madison and Maguire.

Ok, let's pretend that am overwhelming majority didn't say that Maguire was madness at what Leicester paid, and Grealish wasn't a rip off at £20m... :bored:
