Made the right call on the centre backs. The other two are decrepit and done for, may as well give the two with any chance of a future here a run of games and hope they can strike up the semblance of a partnership.

Dier was one of the only good performers in our last few match when he move to CB, glad he has a chance to make the position his own as I really like him and want him to stay and I don’t think he has a future in midfield anymore

Dier was returning to form before the lock-down and Sanchez is supposed to be our future centre back - so let's not get too disheartened.....

‪Son or Kane will have to play 90 minutes on their return from a long injury lay off on top of the enforced break. ‬

If that team doesn’t highlight where we are light nothing will. We need reinforcements in fullback, centre back, central midfield and striker.

Hope the media team at the stadium have the 'booooo' track on standby for halftime and fulltime.

Will be cool to see Kane with Son and Bergwijn either side of him though and Lamela has done us proud in past.

The central midfield as ever concerns me a bit.

What shocks me are the lack of new centre halves and two new full backs required, being discussed on this board.

Our defence is dreadful and those two centre halves starting are bang average along with the two sitting on the bench.

Midfield looks shit on paper but Winks and Sissy did well against Real Madrid and Barca.

Defence we'll see...

Attack, I quite like the look of. If Lamela is fit and firing, let's see it.

Now we can have 5 subs can we actually get Dembele back and just put him on for the first 20 mins of every game so we at least start well?

Fuckin hell. Both Ndombele and Lo Celso on the bench? Disappointing
