They've not made the account values visible again yet (unless I'm being thick)
Any Season Ticket Holder who wishes to request a refund instead of having this credit set against next season’s Season Ticket will be able to do so. Details on how to request this refund will be emailed to all Season Ticket Holders.

I don't want a refund, I'll use it against my next season ticket. I'm referring to the amount that's on our accounts, which was visible until around 23rd March before being taken away (as happens every year from about that date until June). Just curious to see what I've got in the bank, so to speak

I don't know if this has been mentioned in any of the previous 162 pages but I think everybody should be given the option to opt out of next season's ST for a year without losing their ticket until the Covid situation is resolved. The ground won't be able to operate at anything approaching capacity so the club may as well give people the option to step back in order to help the club manage seating arrangements. Better people volunteer to give it a miss for a season than to be told they're giving it it a miss for the year based on some random arrangement. If they still have to many bums for available seats it can go to loyalty points.

Good that the club is giving us refunds although it would have been expected (then again you never know with Levy)... but whilst im not surprised that the games are refunded as 1/19th of the season ticket i am slightly annoyed that it is not ona category basis... then again i may be completely wrong and could be missing something off this

1/19th is fair imo, dont agree the category should come into account, its exactly the same as what they did when we were in the new stadium delay, also good they may let you move

Not really fair if you think about it games that already have been played at cat c for example members paid cat c price but now because of this season ticket holders actually paid a more expensive price for them games

Yep, says that in the club communication, they have in effect cancelled your ticket exchange sale, and will refund 1/19th for that game

If all 5 home games were cat c, he wouldn't have been "fair" with the 1/19th

Maybe I’m living in a different era, but when I buy a season ticket I don’t do so on the basis that I’m getting value for money on category a-c games but to support my team.

The club has done the right thing as most people could do with the cash and I’m not sure how or when next season is going to start so will just buy the ST when that’s for sure.

The move thing is encouraging. I’m in north upper row 19 and like it but the view is slightly better further down and having gone to one game (Olympiakos) in south lower I’d like to give that a go.

That is what they are doing in respect of refund

However they allow you to sell each game individually, but you don't get 1/19th for each game, but split into 3 categories (Arsenal, Man U, Man C, Liverpool, Chelsea, West Ham) being Category A. The club and the fans recognise the difference in fixtures accordingly, and the monies you can recover are dependant on the category.
The argument that all games should be valued at 1/19th of ST cost, does not stand up with how the club have acted in the past, and how they sell individual games, and purely because it would mean the club would have to refund season ticket holders what they are basically due, rather than what the club feel they can get away with.
Personally not that fussed, was what I expected and I doubt very much I will withdraw the money anyway, just stating that I am sure a lot of fans (looking at THST comms) will feel the club are taking the piss yet again.
It's a refund, not a sale. They are refunding what the ST holder paid for those tickets. If you are selling then yeah it goes out at a different price. Essentially you aren't going to make money from this, just get back what you paid

Thats irrelevant. Season ticket holders pay for 19 Games , not 4 Cat A 5 Cat and 9 cat c games

No issue with how they’re doing it. I’m missing 5/19 of the season, I’m receiving 5/19 back. Let’s face it, while the passion and excitement v the big boys is great, they’re not necessarily the best fixtures. I loved our wins v City and Burnley equally this season.

It's not fair at all and the fact they did it at Wembley does not make it any more fair. When you factor the cost of the individual games a ST costs more than if you buy a ticket per game - how is that fair? You get shafted by paying up front? You can bet your bottom dollar that if all the remaining games were cat C we would get refunded based on those and not 5/19. I have lost all goodwill towards Levy, fuck him and I can't believe how fans tolerate being screwed.

It is fair and I think you are completely missing the point of being a season ticket holder...it’s for the love of the club and not it’s returns policy..

How is it fair?

Mate I’ve had a ST since 97, I’m not in for value for money, it’s return policy or the glory. I just don’t like getting shafted.

Surprise surprise. Even when you are losing out financially you refuse to see how he’s taking the fans for a ride yet again. Would he be doing it that way if remaining games were all cat C? He wouldn’t let you keep a penny.

But I’ve always valued a season ticket as 19/20 games not whether they are cat A, B or C, as I’ve said the returns policy is not what sways me when I renew and it never will.

But they aren’t valued like that if we sell we get cat a b and c prices so clearly each game for us is at them prices! So now due to there being the higher cat games left we are getting shafted and have paid more for the cat c games than the members which isn’t right!

But what if the total cost of the individual games is less than buying the whole lot as a package? And you then factor you pay all up front?

If I had a business, I’d love customers like you. Easy money.
