It's the number on your season ticket or membership

Customer reference number.

Probably 7 digits. Will be on your ST or Membership card.

Nothing. Wouldn't mind if they could just put something out saying it's still being looked at. I will give the ticket up if I can't move my seat, I love going to the games but really dislike my seat
I am in the same boat as you. I was in the last phase of ST sales when they went on sale way back and had to choose from the best of the rest that was left over. Waaaaaayy to high for me so I’d like to drop down one level at least

ive emailed 3 times asking about my relocation and each time a standard reply not answering the question.
Have people who applied for relocations in the window been contacted by the club yet?

I have had exactly the same. My last email threatened to cancel my STs if they don't sort their sh*t out. Levy probably got the focussing on selling sky walk tickets instead, after all we are now a tourist attraction first and football club last

I don't see the rush, to be honest. We're not all gonna be in our normal seats anyway while we're at reduced capacity. It's going to be a long time before this is relevent

In the same boat. I want to move my son to sit next to me and said this at the time but was told I had to renew first. He is 7. If they don't move us then I dont want the ST anymore.

The Club has listened to feedback on the member gift pack. This has been replaced by a Club Shop voucher (with no minimum spend). We think that’s a positive step – taking on board the arguments about packaging, environmental sustainability and the desirability of the items in the pack while also providing a voucher to the value of the pack, enabling fans to purchase those items if they wish.

I've been a ST holder for over 10 years and don't ever remember being asked what I thought about the packs, which I liked.

also interesting:

We’re told that more than 90% of Season Ticket holders have paid the 20% deposit required to renew for the 2020/21 season

Which means about 4.000 haven't (by using 90% it means just over, in business speak)
I would assume a lot have renewed just because the money was in the account, and will wait to see how things change (both with the virus, and the club in general) before agreeing to 2021-22 season tickets.

A bit like being on furlough, it was only a temporary position for many, in effect they were unemployed, people have renewed temporarily and will decide down the road.

Scum have announced fans back in at limit capacity from second game onwards.
I think they've only said they hope to based on current government guidance, which is that everyone will be able to from the 1st of October. Unfortunately that'll be our 3rd home game because we've got 2 in September

How do you defer? I’ve paid the deposit. But don’t think there is much point in going this year (even though we will win the league.)
