Thanks Spurs1961, my Uncle was offered two seats in Block 119 right next to the away fans in Block 118. He's in his 60s and really not up for fans lobbing drinks and hurling abuse at us for 90 minutes. Will try emailing (as the phone lines are closed) to see if they have alternatives. Is it true that they give you a one-time "take it or leave it" offer?

Not sure. I got a call this week and they gave me 24 hrs to check the seat offered. I literally had 100 steps to my seat in level 5 but now have one in row 24 Level one. I have a possibly slightly obstructed view and lost my concession rate but as I am in my late 60’s this seat is so much easier to access

I think if you explain that to them about your uncle then I'm sure they will give you an alternative. I said something similar as i go with my 6 year old boy and they found me a suitable alternative

So we still ended up in Block 119 but in seats that are further away from the away fans and up towards the halfway line, albeit in Row 7 (may get drenched on the odd occasion). To those still waiting to be relocated, try emailing. They'll give you an automated response but keep pestering them and they'll email you directly. From there you may get a call from them. Once you're dealing with a human, I found them to be really responsive. They hold your seat for 24 hours if you don't have access to the stadium seating plan and if you don't have funds in your members account they take the additional funds off your card (if needed) and your ticket purchases are updated there and then on the club website.

I did, after six attempts, finally get a slightly personalised email from them. No phone call yet though...

Still waiting. Emailed the ticket office to enquire about it last week - no reply.

I'm guessing the Ticket Office are on a 'go slow' as no-one is gonna get to see a match this side of Easter 2021 anyway! :grumpy:

Got a call today. Missed the first but they called back 20 mins later. Very helpful, got the move I wanted - same block North upper but much further down. Was told they’ve slowed the process down but they are working their way through the list....(y)

Got a call last week, I applied late July. Got my 3 ST together (me and my sons) + 1 mate, so 4 in block 422. Happy with that. Was in South with 2 of mine, mate was upper East, my other son was in 422, but wanted to move because I was pretty high up and better for my kids (7 and 11) to be in Paxton.
