If you've requested a seat relocation along with another member currently with a seat in another part of the ground, how do the ticket office decide who to ring? And what if you miss their call? Do they call the other group member or say "sod it" and move on to the next application? The complete lack of communication smacks of an ill-thought out plan! ?

The process is a shambles. My mate got a call and had his seat relocated. A few days later he got another call and was offered a different pair of seats that were better so he switched to them. Then once again just last week he got a third call, bloody joke that he has had 3 calls and I’ve not had one!! He even gave them my number and said ring him and I’m still waiting. The club are so shit with admin and comms if you ask me

Got contacted by the Club today re: my seat relocation. Managed to move from B521 to B123, so chuffed with that.

Hope all goes well for those still waiting.

I’ve still not heard anything. Looks promising with the amount of people that have. Understandably there’s probably a lot of ST holders to get through so I’ll hang tight until it looks like a dead end

Not heard anything and don’t ever expect to. Now if I was contacting them about buying a corporate package they would contact me in minutes

Finally got my relocation sorted today. For those still waiting, I persisted with emailing the club and they eventually responded and were then pretty quick with sorting it

Lucky I got row 2 not sure how the view will be though ??
Please let me know if you find out any more about the view in Row 2. We've been offered that today in the East Lower. Not sure if we want to just see the player's ankles though!

I have a mate who is near the front, not as close as tow 2, in a fairly expensive seat and does complain about not being able to see much ... especially if Dier stands in the way
