For those that are still waiting, have you requested to relocate with someone that currently sits in a different stand to you? I am wondering if this is the delay.
I’m in the NE and my mate is in the South stand

Still waiting, already sit with a friend so it’s to move the pair of us. Hope they get it sorted soon

I am in a similar scenario to you except I am in the south stand and my friend is in the north east corner. We are trying to get seats together in the north stand.

I still haven’t heard anything yet. Originally didn’t get the note about relocation so I emailed CS team and managed to get the form sent to me. Filled out the form well before the deadline and requested to move from the south stand to east lower. Hopefully we will all hear back from them soon. Not like there’s any rush to get back in to the stadium yet anyway haha

Yeah, unless it’s an elaborate scheme by the club to make everyone feel like they had an amazing result to get what they asked for.
Sadly, I do wonder if there is something going on.

My understanding on why they wait to do relocations until after the window has closed is so that the can know precisely which seats are available. No other seats can become available once the window has closed, as they were either renewed or they weren't, plus those which were non-ST holder seats are presumably available (and if they were not available one has to assume that any decision as to their availability would have been sorted prior to the relocations starting).

Sadly what I think probably goes on is that the club will have an idea based on data which non-ST seats sell the most and least quickly, and they probably try to push out the least quick ones to ST holders, so more desirable match day seats are then available. If the ST holder then says no, then the club miraculously 'finds' better seats.

That said, the counterpoint to that is that if the ST holder doesn't want anything on offer, then they just stay where they are - so it's no skin off the club's nose.

All that said, I suppose it is possible that just at exactly the right time another person in the club who is doing with relocations moved another season ticket holder(s) which freed up a seat(s) for your move. That is some serious serendipity if that is the case.

I'm in the Paxton and thinking of moving to the South stand. Without wanting to ask a dumb question - above roughly what row do people sit or is it standing in the whole stand?

Row 29 and below they stand, Row 30 and above you get hassled the whole game if you try and stand
