Who else got concerned when it went 3-0?

Our first 3 points in the group stage and our first clean sheet for the season

Our Captain of the day Davies is my MOTM

Hart, Davies, Reggie, PEH, Lucas & Vinnie all good tonight. (y)

Disappointed with some of the others.

Lucas MOM for me with really good games from Vinicius and Davies in particular also.

I voted for Lucus, he was in form today, albeit against what I thought was a fairly average at best side. More Brazilian Pele than ginger Pele. He can be both.

But I could easily have voted for Davies, PEH or Vinny.

Bale was OK, looks good at the free kicks and forced their error. Can see he needs more match sharpness.

Son looks unstoppable at the moment.

Lots of good performances, really impressed. To pick a few

Hart looked assured
Doherty was very solid
Davies has improved a lot since Jose turned up
PEH is great - love having him there
Vinicius was a great debut
Moura was good
Reggie showed some good bits
Lamela held onto the ball for too long but his movement was good

impressed

and the subs were all fab

This is the best squad I’ve seen I reckon. We can genuinely rotate now

Vinícius for me. Great debut. 2 assists. Those clever lay-offs will really help us unlock defenses. And I think playing together with Kane could also work.

Davies and Sanchez felt with what came at them, but there wasn't much to worry them.

Reguilon had a good first half, quieter second.

Moura, Hojbjerg and Vinicius all had a good game, but I don't think anyone was poor

Hard to pick one. Hart looks solid, the full backs class and Davies was what you expect from a captain. Lucas was very good and what a debut from Vinicius. Bale got
Minutes as did Dele and Lo Celso.
On balance Davies for me

I'm going against the grain possibly. Vinicius had a good, solid debut and looks really good with some really nice assists, however for me, I thought Davies was the mom. Didn't put a foot wrong and looked solid throughout and has opened up options for him for future game time. He isn't unorthodox as a CB either as he has often played as an LCB for Wales.

Edit - @saxonspur why don't you actually engage and post, instead of just neg repping peoples post. You've been here since 2006 and all you do is rep people

Lots of off sides today.... something to work on.

As noted by many in the match thread. Winks was a bit reckless at times. Good engine and worked hard, but needs to chill a bit.

And a shout to the ref. Thought he was good.

Not really a game you can draw many conclusions from because LASK are pretty poor.

However, Davies and Hojbjerg looked rock solid. Vini's two assists were sublime. Moura had some moments of real dynamism running in from the right. Son came on and you just knew he was desperate to score, and he did.

I like Hart in goal. He looks like an excellent back-up.

Hart - 8 - Faultless
Davies - 7 - solid, one shaky moment just before the 3-0
Sanchez - 7.5 - faultless
Doherty - 6.5 - very involved but some final balls and passes too sloppy
Reguilon - 7 - love his energy. A bit headless and unproductive in the 2nd half
Hojbjerg - 8 - like a leader, good performance
Winks - 6.5 - some unnecessary challenges, otherwise okay
Lamela - 7 - some good moments but still forgets to play the pass before its too late
Lucas - 8 - my MOTM. Good game
Bale - 7 - still a bit rusty and lost a bit of pace, but a good run out. Give him time and he will shine
Vinicius - 8 - good debut with two clever assists. Needs a bit time to get the timing of his runs. Seems to be a lot in offside positions but very promising. Great alternative to have.

Sissoko - 7 - thought a good run out
Son - 7.5 - always dangerous, always producing
Dele - 6.5 - very involved and trying, but should have had a goal and maybe an assist. Final ball not good.
GLC - 7 - always confident when he is on, great player
Clarke - should have scored.

So many good performances

Hart 7 solid but untested

Doherty 7 sloppy first half improved 2nd half
Sanchez 7 fine but doesn't fill me with confidence
Davies 8 solid captain performance
Reguilon 9 MOTM Played 2 positions very well today at left wing and left back

Hojbjerg 8 so commanding and strings our play together much better than Winks
Winks 6 average

Lucas 8 quality from the left and right
Lamela 6 so many chances wasted
Bale 7 neat play when involved but lacked fitness

Vinicius 8 someone pass him the ball in the box! Great assists

Subs
Lo celso 8 looked class
Alli 7 Bright but didn't realise the ball well at times
Sissoko 7 good
Clarke N/A
Son 9 looked so sharpe

Actually wanted to give MOTM to Moura but logically Reguilon did more
