I think we’d have improved him and he’d have been a great option for when Lamela is injured, or Eriksen is sulking etc. Much like Barkley if we’d got him, they both have potential under the right coach.

When you watch the quality or lack of on show here tonight it makes you realise how good spurs actually are,I think sometimes we tend to forget that.Villa had no clue in the final third, that Wesley is a donkey , the spam looked the more likely but just a better version of shit.I do like that lad McGinn though.
