I agree. But decisions like yesterday when it’s been stated that the technology might not be 100% foolproof at that level of detail they need to look at it somehow.

I am pro VAR but I’m not pro having ref’s mates as the VAR official. It needs to be another independent body.

It needs to be an independent body and the ref himself both taking a look at the same thing. Especially when the reviews sometimes take entirely too long. 2 guys in a booth making that call with the ref of the game having no input. Think about that. VAR has now made it not crazy for their to be 6’+ added time without injuries or goals.
