I dont think Mourinho has said anything particularly wrong. Just pointing out it's a concern that hes always injured. Which it is. Last thing we need playing like this is another sicknote Lamela or Darren Anderton taking up wages and team space. Hopefully he makes a recovery and it is just a twinge.

I just think people including Mourinho are frustrated because they realise the massive ability and the quality he brings to the team.

I was very happy when I saw he was selected today but there was an iota in the back of my mind on whether he was going to see out the match.

He hasn't been fit since he arrived. That's not good enough for someone you're meant to be building your team around. You don't expect to fork out £60 million quid and then not have that player barely do a thing in half a season of football.

It's not good enough.

He didn’t actually play for France though, but he did go and train and didn’t receive rehab during that initial phase of the injury. Who knows what happened behind the scenes but for me it falls to the club for having allowed him to go even though he had to be subbed at half time in the match before. United or Liverpool never would have sent him away under the circumstances.

Regardless, I think the fact that he gave it a go for France and that he was willing to play two matches within 48 hours shows he’s not actually a “pussy” or a “sick note” as has been claimed by the knee jerkers in this thread, he’s got a groin injury which are notoriously tricky to recover from and the club/manager are woefully mis-handling it.
He also has some personal responsibility to manage his injury though. Which means telling his national side he's not fit to train and needs to remain with the club to recuperate. It isn't always on the club to look after them, they need to use a little common sense

I would like to add though, he always seems to be getting some real rough tackles from opponents which his style of play induces.

They can't get near the ball and end up clattering into him all the time.

He needs to brawn up like Dembele quick time and learn to make sure that they are the ones who will end up hurt if they keep coming in on him like that.

I agree, gets quite a rough treatment each match. Yet people have a go at him for being injured and using terrible rhetoric about him.

99% of signings take time to adjust to the premier league.
Both Lo Celso and Ndombele have been injured it happens.
The manager called Ndombele out in public.
Ndombele plays twice in 48 hours and gets and recurrence of the injury.
THIS is mostly Mourhinos fault.
Ndombele should take some of the blame for playing knowing he's carrying an injury.
Mourhino has previous for doing this stuff at his previous clubs.

What about the rest of the season? Is there any need to be this unfit?

Nope but if your injured I'm sure it's hard to get match fit.
The premier league is an intense physical league.
Players needs a run of matches to get up to speed and fitness.
So he wasn't involved with Poch and his famous training regime, went on the preseason tour? He was injured almost straight away ...

Clearly he is feckless, it's not a good look after such a high profile transfer.

did he come off today because of an injury from the knee knock, a groin or something else? A shame as he is just what we need at the moment.

What about all the other injuries? Whos fault are them? Here is a fact: An unfit player is injury prone.

During one game he started to limp around like a 90 year old man with a hip injury, and he only got the ball on his ass.

He's very very talented. But he's also way too soft and need to work on both his fitness and his mentality.
