Not sure if I should put this in here but this is Robo’s team with Bale. Absolutely no creative mind in midfield.

That club will always disgust me, the entitlement..

Exactly this, the tears were flowing from their supporters, literally, on that night at Wembley. Grown men and women crying because 'little Tottenham' had beaten them in a virtual capacity Wembley stadium.

Sometimes I wonder if any of the pundits actually watch the Spurs matches. How anyone could pick Sissoko over Lo Celso utterly beggars belief.

Why on earth has he not put Lo Celso on Ndombele in there? At least pick one of them! ??

Notice the complete absence of strikers / centre forwards in your list - our area of weakness for circa 5 years, between Berbatov leaving and Kane coming onto the scene. Imagine if we'd had a peak Berbatov and Kane, instead of Crouch and Pavlyuchenko, during Harry's era - would have at least come within touching distance of the PL trophy.

I'd add Lloris, Keane, Vertonghen, Gallas and Rose to that list. You could make a case for Defoe, Adebayour and Crouch at their absolute peaks - not world class, but would provide adequate cover for Kane, in a 2010-20 dream team.

Which part do you disagree with? Our improved prospects under Harry if he'd had two quality strikers or my additional player suggestions?

Surprised this hasn't been shared:

The club put up a video of every one of his PL goals for the club (so far).

Really enjoyed watching that. What a player.

One thing I did notice is the curler he scored vs Man City. It was a decent strike but went near the middle of goal. Our very own Joe Hart (in his pomp) got nowhere near it. I think it was definitely saveable having watched it a few times.

Yeah honestly why is that when players retire they suddenly turn into footballing dinosaurs! Robbo is of a fairly new generation surprised he thinks like that!

If you remove Sissoko from that squad and don't replace him at all, we're instantly stronger with 10 men

I imagine Bale would love to do two years with us, then retire before he slows down after hopefully playing in the Qatar World Cup (though because of its timing he may well want to try to hack one more season).

Bale's longterm agent, Barnett said 'I hope he can get his love of the game back' indicating he has lost it along with his RM probs .

The Chinese move made sense if he's out of love with footie . But will he reconnect with his footie love in the very physical ,no place for the injury prone , Prem. Fingers crossed .
