Rangers legend Paul Gascoigne hid two FISH in Scotland striker Ally McCoist's car when they played together at Rangers - stinking it out for weeks.
Crafty Gazza, who played for Rangers FC in Glasgow between 1995-1998, hid one of the trout under the liftable armrest - an easy one for Coisty to find - but stashed the other under the spare wheel in the boot.

That’s a Gazza classic, the easy to find one was so McCoist didn’t go looking for the other one, ensuring the car would smell for weeks. I’m sure I heard he scrapped the car in the end.

I wouldn’t call that cheekiness, I would call it something else beginning with c.

You can see MD wanted to lump him one.

Dele came across as very immature in AON.

Doesn’t look like much has changed.
I’ll stick up for you.
Totally agree. It’s like going on a stag weekend with Jay from Inbetweeners. Easy to pick on the newbies who don’t have the dressingroom behind them yet. Next thing he’ll be doing Rio’s Pranked tV show.

Must have slapped Jose's head as well.
I actually wasn’t expecting him to make it, which is crazy. In what circumstance would we want to bring Dele on? If we are losing we are more likely to go for a Vinicius or Lamela and if winning and want to shore up we would rather a Sissoko or defender to come on. There are going to be some very disappointed players every week who won’t make the 18 as our squad is so strong. It may well be that Jose’s biggest challenge is keeping everyone happy.

There's a few players who'll have to get used to fighting to be on the bench never mind in the starting XI and as you say keeping players focused and happy in that context will be a challenge. Dele going from England regular to not even making the bench for his club in a couple of years will be tough for him.

I’ll be a little surprised if he’s not involved but truth be told, if Winks is fit then all of Winks, Sissoko, Højbjerg and Ndombele are currently ahead of Dele for midfield roles while all of Bale, Son, Lamela, Lucas are currently ahead of him for attacking midfield/ wide roles. I’d expect three from the first set and two from the first set to start, and the from the first set and two from the second set to be on the bench. Then the remaining outfitted spots on the bench are always going to Vinicius and two defenders. This is with no mention of Lo Celso or Bergwijn, the former of whom is definitely ahead of Dele and the latter of whom is probably seen in a similar light at this point in time.

I wonder how you guys reacted to Gazza!
Some of Gazzas pranks actually sounded like funny pranks, in my opinion that is just childish banter going up to someone and saying nice trim and slapping them round the head. Obviously people will disagree and think that is overly critical but it’s just a lame joke and not funny banter.

Putting deep heat in someone boxers or hiding peoples things or other things like that which go on in football dressing rooms all the time aren’t massively better but at least they don’t involve literally hitting someone round the head, a lot of people draw the line on jokes at being touched and whilst he will know it’s just meant as playful banter you can see that MD wasn’t impressed by it.

Look I like Dele he’s a good character and came across pretty well overall on the AON documentary but honestly I think he can still grow up a bit more. I’m sure he’s focusing pretty hard on his football but you don’t see Kane on his Instagram 24/7 and going up to people and slapping them round the head, he’s 110% focused on improving his football and working hard for the team, Dele can be a superstar for us but this behaviour is just a small element of why he’s not consistently reaching his potential.

Looked well up for it tonight, was unlucky not to score too.
It was definitely a strong cameo. He looked composed, creative, and pressed excellently. Not just about his tricks today.

Great to see as I still believe Dele is an excellent player and could provide serious competition for Ndombele.

Looks to be applying himself well and unlucky to not score.

If he was playing for many fergie though that 70’s porn tash and blonde highlights perm would be getting shaved right off ?but in all seriousness I like dele but this kind of look sums him up a bit at the moment, just go back to dele of 3 years ago please, have a shave, get a hair cut, splash some water on your face and knuckle down because you’re a world class talent dele but you need to have a world class attitude and work ethic like Kane, son etc.

Dele still has a big role to play for us but it’s down to him.

I know you're not the only one saying this but who fucking cares how he wears his hair and how he shaves. That's a problem you address with your mate that can't get laid or paid. Dele is a professional footballer with a banging girlfriend. I think he's been doing alright.

He put in a good performance tonight and Mourinho has been speaking positively of his work ethic lately. Just because he wears a stache it doesn't mean he can't ball and doesn't work hard.

I thought he did well today, some great touches but maybe a tad rusty or not as sharp but thats inevitable due to his lack of minutes. He could have atleast had 2 assists and a goal, slowly but surely he looks to be going in the right direction and that is a positive all round for the club , team and himself.

I really hope so.

But there’s a tiny, nagging doubt and I hesitate to mention it because I’m worried I’m chasing phantoms.

Am I alone in thinking that he looked really petulant and almost mutinous when he was stripping off to come on? I hope I’m just projecting, but he didn’t look as if he wanted to be there. Is it just me?
