Imagine a 32 year old experienced player who’s even been capped by his country going in on a teenager like that over a nothing ball. Deserves someone to do it to him next time he plays.

Was the rotherham player closest to the ref trying to make out Skipp fouled him instead?

Norwich certainly seem to be loving Skippy, which I love to see.
This loan is going to be such a good thing for him, even if he has to survive dangerous fucking idiots like that.

Weird that the nearest Norwich player to the challenge ran to the ref instead of confronting the player who just tried to break his teammate’s leg.

natural reaction to protest. It’s only when the team see skippy in pin that they realise it’s bad.

Hope we get Rotherham in the FA Cup so one (or more) of Sissoko/Serge/Dier/Rodon/Hojbjerg/Lamela can get revenge on the prick

Christ. Skippy is fucking lucky that guy didn't catch him flush on the leg, it seemed to glance off - otherwise he wouldn't be walking for a while.

What an absolute prick that Rotherham bloke is.

How did Bellingham look? He’s still bloody young isn’t he?

He like the rest looked really good in the first half, but faded in the 2nd. Should be going to the Euros next year, he's our best or at least most talented CM at the moment. Yes he's 18 I think.

Re: Skipp.

That challenge was horrible yesterday hope the guy gets a ban of some sort, but as they said it shows how strong Skipp is that he I believe played on a bit.

Still somewhat annoyed that he's not hear as I think he'd be our best DM but better to get games I suppose if there isn't full trust in him yet.

I agree that he’d add more value to our squad this year than, say, Gedson, but equally I’ve not seen him involved in every moment of the match yet the way Højbjerg has been so far, and I think even half a season of regular football would get him up to that level or close and by going out on loan he’s getting that. Hopefully next summer he comes back, Gedson is let go and he takes that spot in the squad as a player who actually get a whole load of minutes because he’ll have a use, but right now I wouldn’t see him getting that.

That's how Rojo repeatedly tackled in his first season with United. It's so unnecessary to go to ground for front-on challenges like that - should be a straight red even if the attacking player managers to hurdle it unscathed.
