Changing direction didn’t seem to affect Son

Actually there were a couple of times he couldn't move his feet, the one that came back off the keeper he probably wouldn't have gathered but he was stuck in the pitch.

Edit: Seeing it again he almost.. almost.. slips over before the goal!

Section 521 yesterday. Amazing stadium, cannot even hear what the away fans are singing. The stadium is excellent in such a big match.

The only thing i want to complain is the amount of toliet..... Teething problem

Another good thing to mention is I’ve eaten twice there now and the food has tasted much better than I expected. The hot dog I had last night was delicious. Unlike Wembley.

Still annoying that I have to go to the Market a Place for a burger, but I’m sure if I explore I’ll find somewhere else I can get one.

One negative though is that although prices seem reasonable re food and booze, the prices of water and soft drinks are daylight robbery. Plus oddly there’s no tea/coffee available at the touch line grills. Don’t get that at all.

The Touchline places do a couple of different burgers.

Wasn’t too happy on the first floor with people wandering around through the crowds with large plates of pies and sausage rolls open to the elements, people coughing and sneezing all over them. At least get a cover or a trolley next time.

noticed last night there are drinking fountains scattered around the place. so no need to buy water.

I thought the Tottenham pie was really tasty.

That's what I thought, but the Touchline Grill in the lower east doesn't for some reason. Which one have you used?
There should be two - one has Fish and Chips and Hot Dogs and another one will do Burgers and Chicken.

Very Jealous of everyone that went yesterday. The crowd sounded amazing for the whole game, Well done. I have no doubt if that was Wembley we would have lost. Crowd definitely made a difference.

SPOT ON

We lose that game maybe 1-3 at Wembley.

Thought the atmosphere was fantastic considering it was only our 2nd game at our new home

Brilliant to be right in the middle of the Park Lane and the atmosphere for these big games will get even better once everything settles down and we become comfortable with all are new drinking holes, routines, neighbours etc

Must apologise to the lady standing next to me. I must have said **** about 50 times. Just can’t help it on the big nights!

Definitely the 12th man last night. We kept that team working for the entire 96mins

It’s going to be a long long night at The Etihad but it’s a funny old game...
