How did you find using the app? Any issues??

No issues that I can see. When you log in with your CRN (you don't have to do this) the homepage displays the next senior game with a countdown then your next available ticket. With seat details and QR codes for entry. Ticket was scanned fine on entry, no problems.

The rest of the app is like a cross between the stadium website and main spurs website. With info about the stadium and normal team news etc. It does have an interactive map, which was very quick and responsive to use, listing the location of all the food outlets around the stadium.

Apparently it also has a Wayfinding function in the app for getting around the stadium, but this wasn't obvious to me and I only found out about it in the follow up email. Otherwise it is well put together, fast and responsive on my iphone 7. Looks purpose built, rather than a re-skinned web page like they have released as an app before.

The App was due August 2018 , what was wrong with it , maybe critical safety issues once loaded your mobile will self detonate

When I logged in to the spurs site last night, using my ipad, instead of getting the usual front page I got a new page saying it was for One Hotspur Executive Members' area. When I log in from my computer I don't get this page just the normal front page.

Did anyone else get this One Hotspur Executive Members page ?

The club are quite clever

They had a free for all so that the die hards who missed out are forced to pay for the premium packages

They will sort out the ticketing after this so to speak...

They are clever fuckers... id do the same.

Unfortunately I am going to be one of those fans i'm afraid.

Due to living up north, and my commitments with my children I always relied on tickets going on general sale for the occasional game that I could make per season, but now it looks like there is going to be no general sale, my only choice is to buy a membership and fight for tickets that way.

I'm in a similar position, but I'm not willing to pay out for a membership for me and my son if it's still going to be a struggle to get tickets. Hopefully we'll make it to the pre-season friendly and maybe a game against one of the smaller clubs later in the season.

Anyone know how you go about getting a change of seat for Season Ticket holders for next year? I North stand this year as I was in batch 8. Really would like to be in the White Wall with my white top on.

Don’t know, but I’m sure when we originally bought the new ST they said it would be difficult to relocate. Especially for the next season or two.

They actually said you would not be able to change position. I suspect you will be able to in realty, but it may not be next season. I predict quite a few that choose not to renew at the end of next season.

Its a shame for myself but its too be expected.
I got my first season ticket ever this season and jumped from approx 43k on the waiting list to getting one by paying the £2200 for an 1882. In reality i cant really afford it again as im trying to save to get on the property ladder but i woukd be happy enough with any season ticket under 1200. But i hear that i wont be able to downgrade? Id image from the 42k current season ticket holders that around 3k min WONT renew so id hope i have a chance to get a cheaper seat but im not sure how the ststem works or when to call them to sort it out?
So potentially after a dream season ticket i may have only 6? more chance to go to nwhl then to the very back if the waiting list:cry:

From my experience at WHL it was possible to switch seats to a more expensive location or from within the same price band. However they made it very difficult to move to a cheaper seat. I tried 7 years in a row to move out of the West Stand, no luck!

That might change at the new ground, but I doubt it.

Being in America, I rely on general sale too. Since when I come over, it will most likely be with some mates. Hopefully the clubs resale scheme will be in effect for next season to mitigate the likely lack of general sale. Although as time goes on, I'm sure some matches will end up going to general sale

I hope it works also, as will hope to go down for a game or two next season once the mad rush of this season is done. Not been down in years to see a game, since I stopped being a member really.

To illustrate how things have changed (and how old I am), in 1990 I presented at the ticket office two weeks before the season started and bought a season ticket for £90. No waiting list.

So I'm right in thinking the game isn't on TV?

I know it's probably been discussed, but I'm not trekking back through the thread.
