for any disabled supporters that haven't received this, this is what I got this morning

----------------
Dear Supporter,

As per recent announcements regarding the upcoming test events, we’re contacting all registered Disabled Access Scheme members to update them on a few details.

To help us manage the volume of contacts at this exceptionally busy time, please read the information below which should answer most of your questions.

We’ll be updating the articles on AskSpurs regularly with new information as it comes to hand, additionally we’ll be sending additional information to members on the Access Scheme who’ve successfully received a ticket with more details such as how to get there, what to expect, entry points and facilities, so please also keep an eye on your inbox.

PARKING

For full information about accessible parking and transport options please see: Accessible Parking And Transport Information.

Pre-booked Parking: Accessible parking within the stadium and surrounding car official car parks is only for Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members who've registered their Blue Badge with our Access Team and will need to be pre-booked (see here for booking window dates)

If you have been successful getting a ticket for an upcoming event and are already registered with our Disability Access Scheme, we will contact you via email with information about how you can pre-book parking spaces (allocated on a first-come-first-served basis) via our online booking system, subject to availability.

Please note: To be fair to everyone, the Access Team is unable to allocate or reserve parking for individuals.

We’ll confirm the date you can start booking from for each event in this article: Accessible Transportation & Booking Parking – however, it won't likely be until Wednesday next week.

Blue badge Parking: Road closures will be in place and unless you are a Local resident with a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) Permit and proof of address, you'll not be able to enter the Traffic Management Zones. If you want to enter these areas, you'll need to travel in advance of these closures (i.e. at least 2 hours before event, you'll not be able to exit up to 1-hour post event), or park outside of the Traffic Management Zone.

For information about which roads will be closed please see: Road Closures

TEST EVENT TICKETS

Season Ticket Holders: Season Ticket holders have until Monday 8am to confirm and pay for their tickets. Your ticket will automatically be loaded onto your Stadium Access Card and we’ll be in touch next week with further information about what to expect on the day.

One Hotspur Members purchasing Test Tickets: Season Ticket holders have until Monday 8am to purchase their reserved tickets. Should there be remaining tickets, all One Hotspur Members will be notified of the purchase process.

Should there be Accessible tickets remaining for these test events, we’ll email One Hotspur Members who are registered on the Access Scheme advising them how to purchase remaining tickets.

DISABILITY ACCESS SCHEME MEMBERS CARD & LIFT PASSES

Your Disability Access Scheme Card and Lift Pass will entitle you to use the dedicated accessible check-in entrances at the new stadium, that are at street level. Please use the entrance number that is on your stadium access card. These have been designed to assist your entry into the stadium as they each lead directly to two 33-person lifts at each entrance, that you will have priority use of to ease your entry into the stadium.

For further entry information please see: Match day at the new stadium

Lift Access Card hasn’t arrived
If you are waiting on your Lift Access Card, these are currently being printed and will be with you next week. Should it not have arrived by Friday 22nd March and you are attending the first Test event please get in touch and we’ll arrange another for collection on the event day.

BAG POLICY & MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS

We can provide exemption certificates for the stadium bag policy on medical grounds, but in order to do so we require some supporting evidence.

If you would like to apply for a certificate, please provide us with a letter from your GP or specialist nurse which outlines your requirements. We will then get back to you at the earliest opportunity. Email: [email protected].

Please be aware that all supporters with an exemption certificate will still need to have their bags searched and tagged at a dedicated accessible entrance before entering the stadium. This will be the only way to access the stadium on a matchday if you require to bring a bag with you on medical grounds.

Keep an eye on these articles which will be regularly updated:

Cheers for posting this. I think it’s a bit of a disgrace the way the local council are treating disabled fans with a blue badge.

Has anyone parked in IKEA or Tesco just off Angel Edmonton Road? Do they operate a time limit for shopping using ANPR cameras?

the thing is, their residents should be guaranteed parking and not come home and find they have to walk ½ a mile because their spaces have been taken. I know in some places in London, not sure if in Tottenham they have to pay for a permit to even park in their roads

Here in MK IKEA and Asda by stadium mk operate a 2 hour time limit using cameras so I would assume they would do the same there

Fully understand that and agree with it, but surely they could lift the parking restrictions for blue badge holders without it impacting on local residents too much.

I know when we was at the old stadium the school in Worcester Ave and the 1 opposite the old club shop used to allow blue badges, but with a lot of spaces under the stadium they might no longer be available. the thing is where ever you park if your mobility isn't that great you need to be close within those 2 hours (used to be 3hrs) and will always take a good amount of time to depart
