The school opposite what was the old club shop used to be around £20 for parking IIRC (Not sure if they did concessions for blue badge holders)

Taking my Mum to the 2nd test event (she's the one with the blue badge) and was hoping to park near White Hart Lane station as i have seen Blue badge holders Park there in the past.

I thought that, but me and my daughter went to see Middlesboro in our final season, and they had a section for blue badges free

That doesn't sound like a lot. Anyone know how that compares to before? Obviously a lot more members have become ST holders which should help a bit I suppose.

It's probably very slightly more than at the old ground. The mix now seems to be 42k ST, 8k Premium/Corporate, 7k Members, 3k away, 2k miscelllaneous (segregation, Thomas Cook packages, youth teamers, auxillary staff, player family and friends, guests of the club, scouts etc). Before we had 22k ST, 3k away, and I'd assume the same 2k miscellaneous. Leaving 9k for members minus however many corporate/premium spaces there were - maybe 3k or so, leaving 6k for members?

As you say though, more ST holders means that you won't have the members who try to buy for every game to compete with any more, plus there's double the number of people who might list their seat on the Exchange (although probably not for the opening game!)

I said we would move home at the earliest possible date, irrespective of day of week, time of day and league or cup. Too expensive to do otherwise.

But releasing the official notification 15 minutes after the last penalty flew in at Millwall is even quicker than I thought!
You did indeed.

I really wanted it to be a Saturday so that they could do the full day build up and perhaps after party with illumination and fireworks after the sun goes down

But the 6 days rest before the CLQF had to be a priority and I'm glad it worked out like that.

And at least the illumination and fireworks etc. / whatever is now a no brainer

Supporter's Trust asked about this. Reply they got was "AA asked how many tickets would be available for members in the new ground. The Club said around 7,000. These would be allocated as per normal via online sales windows"

So sounds like the normal process of first-come, first-served, with prioritiy to One Hotspur Plus members.

looks like I'll be online early. does anyone know what time the wheel of death opens?

Will probably end up booking the Wednesday off work as I want to get there nice and early and dont want to get caught up in rush hour on the trains.

I always used to drive to WHL, this time I've opted for the trains. Hopefully I can familiarise myself with the route...!

It's a classic Levy deal. TFL are in a pretty terrible financial state right now thanks to Crossrail's delays and Sadiq Khan's fares freeze. Levy's spotted something that he probably reckons could add tens of millions to the naming rights, and is trying to low-ball TFL into cooperating. And it sounds as though it's going to work.

Makes perfect sense, anyone looking at a tfl map will see the name Tottenham Hotspur and to be honest, White Hart lane is still there it's just the station name that will change.

Any chance the first game will be based on loyalty points for members like the last one at WHL or even a ballot, or is it definitely on a doughnut of death basis?

Has anyone parked in IKEA or Tesco just off Angel Edmonton Road? Do they operate a time limit for shopping using ANPR cameras?

i've never had any problems parking in ikea so unless they've changed it since we've been away from the lane then you should be ok.

The fact that there will now be almost double the number of fans going, and people driving, makes me think they’ll put a stop to it.
