Could be pilot error. It seems he was going to fast laterally ,184mph impact speed, at 1400 feet then he probably got a proximity sensor warning and quickly yanked back to climb fast but it was to late.
I have timestamped the video of where he pull up quickly, you can see the radar go up.
I remember that match so well, was studying for my a-levels and it looked like Pippen has helped nullify Jackson’s tacticsSo sad! Saw Kobe play a few times for the Lakers at the Staples including the 2000 Western Conference Finals game 7 against Portland. He and Shaq were on fire that night! He was one of the all-time greats.
It really was a great night. I can't remember the exact points deficit the Lakers had to overcome in the 4th. In fact, the Lakers hadn't been playing well for much of the game. It all turned in the 4th, and the place was going nuts!I remember that match so well, was studying for my a-levels and it looked like Pippen has helped nullify Jackson’s tactics
How far down were they in the 4th quarter? Must’ve been around 12 down with not long to go. Obviously it’s a long time so might be wrong but I’m sure Kobe set up Shaq for a big dunk to get them in the lead and the place (and me on the other side of the tv) went mental.
The emotion in that game was something I’d not experienced watch basketball before. They’d dominated that season and it looked like it was all going wrong. Great game.
The Last Dance documentary has been moved up to April 19th, available on Netflix outside of the US.
I always thought it was odd that they debuted the trailer over a year before its release.
