Surely not

The good thing about today’s game was that we also managed to give Kane a bit of a rest and blood our new striker

Even if we get a new striker this week doubtful he will take part in any action this week.
I just hope Kane doesn't get injured otherwise we will be fucked.

Of course he’ll get injured, he always does these days. Let’s just hope that it isn’t before Son returns. So Spursy for Son to score 4 one week and be injured the next. So unlucky with injuries.

The thing is they are not stupid people so obviously this is the policy. The joke is on us (the long suffering supporters) always has been!

On the Amazon documentary, Levy mentioned that he wants the team to achieve top 4 AND win a trophy. How can you achieve this when you are consistently handicapping the manager every transfer window. Too often, we are losing too many points at the start of the season.

It’s not surprising with the number of games we are having to play that players will pick up injuries.
Its a ridiculous situation caused by money, they could easily have sacked off qualifiers in the EL, but JM is paid to sort Team selection and give players a break to try and prevent too many injuries

We can't offer the same transfer fees or wages as the other top 6 teams. So we wait until they have finished buying or they are focused on their targets.

The biggest problem is that Kane cost us so much to buy it means the club are a bit wary spending a lot of money on a backup striker as well

Another reason is that as Kane never gets injured and is just a machine the club quite rightly feel that it’s a bit of a waste bringing in backup to help him and the rest of the squad
