Sell Daws, BAE, Ceballos. Loan Carroll, Fryers, Fredericks. And thats before bringing in any more players IMO.

If Schneiderlin deal is agreed, then I would look at selling Dembele.
If we are going to get a wide attacker/striker like Remy or Depay then I would look at selling Lennon.

Benny : will never regain his form under Harry. Time to move on
Dawson : Admire the guy and hate the abuse he gets on here, but his time is up and he just doesn't suit the way we want to play anymore.
Townsend : Sorry, but imo Lennon is simply a better player.
Dembele/Paulinho : I simply can't decide here. I don't think either of them are good enough tbh. Dembele allows us greater control of the ball, but Paulinho at least brings the promise of goals from midfield and doesn't have fitness issues. So basically the one who we can get the bigger offer for.
And finally, Soldado : I would actually like to sign an additional striker and still keep him as he's a good player, but if offloading him is the only way to get another striker in then I would happily sacrifice him.
If we can get another striker in regardless then keep Soldado and lose Carrol or Mason.

The problem with dropping 5 is that some people seem to think that dropping them means a replacement will be bought.
That simply isn't the case. Pochettino said we have a squad of 32 senior players at the moment, of which only 25 can be registered.
Therefore we have to firstly drop 7, and then if we want players to come in we have to drop more.
So dropping Chadli in order that Depay can come in, or Sandro for Schneiderlin simply isn't an option.
My 7 to go (before we add):
Friedel - retire and stay on as a coach
Dawson
Fryers
Carroll
BAE
Paulinho
Chadli
If we then look at confirming Musacchio and maybe a striker, then Soldado and Kaboul can go.

Dawson (replaced with MM) - genuinely like the guy but the high line will not do him any favours
Sandro (replaced with Schneiderlin) - love the guy but you need to be able to pass in the system we are going to adopt and he is just too headless
Carroll - not good enough imo
Kane - not good enough imo
Mason - not seen enough of him to make an educated judgement but can't help thinking he would have made an impact by now if he was good enough
Paulinho - would get good money for him, not sure what he actually does! Toss up between him and Dembele but doubt he'd pass a medical as mentioned in an earlier post

Probably, wouldn't be the first time.
I just think some people give Blake and others a hard time. Yes, they can be a bit forthright with their opinions but a lot of the time he/they talk sense, IMO.
