Not sure Rafa would go down that well with the support, mid term anyway. He’s never played what they’d call their style of football and is pragmatic.
Fat Sam did ok there and got hounded out eventually. Rafa would have the problem of interfering owners too. It’s a bit of a poisoned chalice there. Difficult owners and deluded, demanding fanbase.
The divs were excpecting top 6 this season!

Sonny hates them doesn’t he. You can see he loves scoring against them after the racist shit they gave him a couple of years ago.

What a poor team they are. They have brought in talented players but players who are not prepared to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in when the going gets tough. Both their wide men on Saturday played as if they didn’t want to get their kit dirty and correctly both got hauled off. Rice was a big disappointment for me. Possibly it is a version of second season syndrome ? Looked a real star last season but now struggling amongst the mediocrity of the West Ham team. He needs a move to a top club to get his career back on track.

I think Rice is totally overrated.
The fans are as bad as Liverpools. Every season its 'This is our year, we're gonna do this, we're gonna do that' and every season they fall on their arse. You'd think after a while they'd just stfu and see what happens but they don't.
Funny though.

Not all their buys have been talented players either. Roberto is quite possibly the worst keeper I've ever seen in the top flight, it's no coincidence at all that their downturn started when Fabianski got injured.

And apparently the club legend's son they signed from Millwall to be third choice is even worse.

I love it when they win the first couple of matches. They all come out of the woodwork...... And I get busy saving screen shots to smack 'em on the arse a couple of months later. Its the same every year ?

He must be otherwise surely he would be starting, Roberto is absolute cat shit.
Their problem is Fabianski is out for another 6 weeks, and they're already jeering and mocking their own keeper (twats).
His confidence must be on the floor.

Said on Saturday I recommend they play with two keepers as one clearly wasn't enough.

Both Alvin Martin’s sons David (GK) and Joe (Defender) started their careers at Spurs.

Still moaning about their stadium lol

Saw a South Korea flag come out in the home end yesterday when Son scored.

We were promised a world class stadium for a world class team with retractable seating & state of the art transport links.

What we got was a claret carpet and some beer shelves.
:thdn:

knocking down the stadium and rebuilding to the tune of the best part of a billion quid would only solve half the problems. that's how ****ed we are.

I bought into the bull****. I thought the stadium would be great, it would have retractable seating and that we would be challenging for top 6 most years, maybe even winning the odd domestic cup.
If there are any Nigerian princes who need me to help them transfer millions of pounds I guess I am a prime target.

at the moment we have
crap team
crap manager
crap rented stadium
crap atmosphere
crap surround
crap matchday experience

not a lot going for us at the moment

If you knocked down the LS and built a 60,000 football stadium (yes like spuds) we would soon forget about the journey, personally I find it easier than Upton Park it's just when you arrive it becomes so uninspiring.

There's a large thread on KUMB at the moment trying to work out who was responsible for buying Roberto.

Opinions are split on this, although I did enjoy this comment about him signing...

'I'm surprised he could keep hold of the pen.'

Someone else then notes that Roberto can't be that bad as he's played at every level (up to U21) for Spain.

Which gets the response

'At what?'
