Not sure I'd go that far. If their signings settle in they'll have a formidable attack but defensively there's still plenty of questions. And as you say yourself, Frank is a weakness as well. I reckon they'll be too hot and cold to really challenge.

On days when it all clicks for their attackers they'll blow a couple of teams away but over the course of the season they'll drop too many points IMO
