We’ve missed a trick here I think. But there we go. I understand our strategy of buying PL experience.

The problem for us is one non HG players but also who we have in CB

We are well covered in young CBs (Sanchez, Foyth & Tanganga) - whereas two of those are non HG.

If we had sold Foyth it may have been possible but I do believe we need more experience as Toby may be on the decline now.

We are a little bit in middle ground here. It's why I can see Jose hanging on for Skriniar.

It's done all the time in other countries, it's a very English thing to not play preseason games against teams in the same division.

Lol very true but from a career point of view they were reported to be offering the @0 shirt, making him their main man etc and they’ve bought in two players over summer from abroad and also given the 10 to one of his teams mates, who was also bought in from abroad last summer just before the short-lived transfer ban.

Chelsea are just scummy tbh.

Yeah awesome team but still not entirely convinced about their defence, I don't think Frank can coach a defence to it's maximum just like Jose cannot coach an attack to it's maximum and in my mind a good defence wins you titles and trophies.

Yep. Even after just two games and without scoring Werner looks the business, but Havertz has looked completely lost in both games. A very bad start for him, he definitely needs time to adapt and bulk up.
