Just a quick one - i'm sure i'll get flamed for this.
Do you think the majority of them are just a bunch of idiots who are suffering from information overload? it seems like for every new thing they learn as a team, something goes out the window and now we're back to the same mistakes.
I'd argue this with Jol too, everytime he had them to coach for a bit he seemed to get the basics back into them for a while, then boom, gone again.
Perhaps we need to consider doing an "footballing" IQ test on future signings.
