Good interview and attitude. Having players of that mentality is of big benefit to us

Makes a HUGE difference. This is why I think we had such a good TW as Jose not only highlighted the playing qualities we needed in the team but the key ingredient we needed was leaders and winners, we only really had Lloris, Kane and to and extent Dier. We've since added : Hart, PEH, Bale. Regullion also seems like a strong likeable character and he's won the EL and Doherty is a solid pro.

Kane said in his interview after the Burnley game the new signings and characters have lifted the dressing room.

We have a squad packed with leaders.

Even just a simple thing like always having Hugo and Hart in the squad no matter who is playing is a massive difference than having one of them + Gazzaniga. Gazzaniga is probably equally as good as Hart in terms of as a goalkeeper but as a leader and character Hart is 10x as useful and having him there on the journey to games and pre-match, at HT and FT etc will be invaluable. Jose is a master at these nuances.

Good to have big personalities in the squad but Hart is a bad Keeper now. Hopefully he get's very few games or it's an invitation to shoot from outside the box at every opportunity.
