If true, what a complete muppet.

He’s made enough money for several life times and could come back to is for £200k a week and actually enjoy football again, closer to home.

Going to China is about greed only. Clown.

Didn’t his agent also say today to expect a surprise?
Move to MLS would be a shock, but would have no problem settling somewhere like LA with his family. When does Beckham’s Miami team start??

If the world's richest club can't afford you maybe it's time to re-evaluate your demands.
If the world´s richest club cannot/will not pay the wages, it´s time the executives at Real Madrid wake up and smell the coffee: they´ll never get rid of him as long as they´re not admitting him all or close to all of the money he´s contractually promised. No toher club in Europe will pay him that amount - then RM have to pay up the difference. It´s that easy. Really.

MLS makes no sense to me. If he drops his wages to the point of playing in the MLS, he could do the same and have his pick of any club in the world! Zlatan is the highest paid player in MLS on just over 7 million dollars per season, according to google/Marca.

Can't help but feel Hercules is in here for a reason
Probably trying to let everyone down gently without coming out and just putting a bolt in this threads heart and a few posters as well at the same time.

I'd rather he sat tight in Madrid and played golf than go to effing China. If more money than he already has is that important to him I really have no idea what's going on in his head.
I want him to go somewhere and play, as long as it's not a direct competitor to us. I've always been proud of what he's done at Madrid. So many people thought his transfer was unjustified and IMO he's continuously proven them wrong. He became the player that won RM their recent CLs at Spurs. I want the man to succeed and continue to build his legacy.

I think i agree oddly, that kinda means we're part of it.

Whilst China is a shitty place to play football if you were earning 600k a week to all of a sudden see it drop by 2/3rds, it is a fair bit no matter which way you look at it.

About the wages of £600K/w (or €); Real Madrid pays their players higher wages also because they have very strict contracts when it comes to so called "image rights". CR7 was the fir

Zlatan probably has all his image rights to himself on those wages. He´s all about building a new market for himself: a superstar in the USA = worth many times his wages for playing football (or soccer).
