Boooooom.

Good fight. Whyte took a load of punishment and threw some back. Joshua gets a test and was wobbled but did take a couple of really good shots.

Tyson Fury wouldn't stand that pace tbh. I don't think he punches as hard as Whyte does.

Patient display, but Whyte can certainly take a punch. Was it just me thought Whytes footwork looked sus from the first round? Granted, he looked a bit rattled when he realised AJ's shots were shaking him even when his guard was soaking it up, but I was half expecting him to trip over his own feet by the third, but exciting fight, and when he saw the gap he didn't even hesitate - Joshua is a predator, didn't give him an inch once he had the upper hand and the finish was solid, just what he needs.

If he carries on improving and can take the shots like he did tonight, the future is bright.

I'd have to watch it again but I thought Joshua got himself into trouble in the 2nd through complacency. To me looked like he came out after dominating the first thinking he was going to bomb him out, got tagged and was a pretty big wobble. He did well to regroup and step back on the pace though.

Malignaggi said exactly what I said a while back about getting Joshua in with the guys that Wilder's been in with, learning fights that he will win but go rounds.

Sounds daft, but its great to see two people who want to fight. Unlike bitschko and mayweather, who just stink the place out against punchers.

Agree about klitschko his scared to take a punch but Mayweather was too good to get hit flush.Mayweather fought everyone there was too fight and schooled them for the most part.Defo not the most exciting fighter but he has the best skills I've seen and he has proberly got out of the fight game with his mind in tact.

Good for boxing in general. Kind of hope Whyte goes on to do well for himself, he was brave in there and rattled Joshua to be fair

Agreed, felt a bit sorry for him being brutally KTFO. Showed good heart and skills, just ran out of steam it seems.

Great fight - props to Whyte for staying up so long, good for AJ as he would have learnt much more that the previous 15 k.o's. Never seen him rocked like that before but I think he was getting a little too cocky in the 1st and could have really weighed him in but chose not to and nearly got punished for it.
