They should have it in an abandoned caravan park a la Snatch.

Anyway, for the sake of boxing I suppose we want Fury to win the rematch.

For the sake of humanity though I wouldn't mind seeing Klitschko knock the daft homophobe out.

Not sure if they can fill out Wembley don't see klitschko bringing thousands of fans over and as for fury how many fans in stinky white vests has he actually got.

iBF have stripped Fury, Eddie Hearn is at it again guarantee If Joshua gets through Whyte he will will be fighting Glazkov for that title in the new year...makes for good boxing though so cant really complain.

I reckon Deontay Wilder will get a crack at it and that sets up a nice undisputed title match with Fury. Joshua will get his chance but just not yet.

`I think it's outrageous that he's been stripped of the IBF belt already - how a rematch with the long term belt holder doesn't qualify as a defense of the title is beyond me.

This is what's wrong with boxing - too many belts, too many governing bodies, too many opportunities for fighters to become champions without beating the real champ and fighters end up getting dodged and fans miss out on seeing the biggest fights out there

That said - boxing is business first sport second and there is probably more money out there in having more champions and therefore more championship bouts. I'm still hoping to see some better heavyweight match ups on the whole now Wlad is dethroned

A heavyweight Super 6 would be cool - Fury, Wilder, Povetkin, Pulev (I'd like Haye and AJ to be included by I'm guessing the likes of Stievern and Jennings would probably be more likely)

Why is the European heavyweight title vacant?

What happened to Teper? I expected him to have a world title shot at some point having won the EBU belt and yet he doesn't seem to have been given one nor to be defending his title and it seems he's vacated it

He suffered an arm injury so had to pull out of the Helenius fight didn't know the belt had become vacant maybe he has vacated been promised a world title shot who knows.

Rematch for Fury back in Germany wtf?
I imagine that's where the most money can be generated

In all honesty Fury neither holds mass appeal in UK or Ireland

The first fight was a bore fest (aside from the exceptional outcome) so people aren't going to be queuing to watch it

It's a stadium fight in Germany due to Wlad's appeal there and as the champ Tyson will get the lion share (or at least much more than last time) of the gate and tv money this time

Even in Manchester Fury isn't a home town hero like Hatton or even the likes of Crolla - I don't see the fight selling out anywhere bigger than the o2 or MEN over here. It's not big enough for Wembley or Croke park, so to me it makes sense for him to take the fight back to Germany and sell out a football stadium for the money

Realistically home town advantage isn't gonna mean a great deal to Tyson anyway

Sky are going nuts hyping this Ppv show. I don't think any of the fights will be particularly close. Joshua is 1/16 at the moment. The other fights just meh with Sky trying to create all this hate and trash talk with Eubank Jr. etc.

To be fair to Sky for once, it must be very hard to market a fighter that hasn't gone past three rounds yet, and justify the price they charge. The only option they have is to get as many names on the card as they can find, and hope at least a few of them draw a crowd.

They shouldn't be making it ppv anyway 2 weeks before Christmas they want people to pay for this on top of their sky bill.Sky have no champs league they have also lost the ashes yet put their prices up every year.Boxing is in a bad state in my opinion very rarely do you get the top fighters facing each other on level terms all down to greedy promoters and TV company's.

Nah, it should have been outside the Carleton, that would be a typical fight venue in Morecambe.

Roy Jones jnr fights Enzo Maccarinelli tomorrow night sometimes you wish someone would tell a fighter when enough is enough. These two are so far past their best it's untrue and poor old Enzo has had some brutal defeats hope he retires after this.

Are you serious?

Enzo was a prospect who never made it and he's had way too many heavy knock outs for me to want to watch him fight again

As for Jones - when I was young he was magical and it's not nice to see him tarnish his legacy but carrying on way past his best

He's not been the same fighting in over ten years (how long ago were the tarver fights?) He's also been knocked out more times than I liketo see and by fighters who wouldn't have laid a glove on him in his prime

That's what I was saying someone needs to step in and tell them enough is enough like I said Enzo has had some brutal defeats and I hope after this he gives up the fight game before he gets some lasting damage.

That's Sky for you though.
They still try and sell WWE PPVs via Box Office for £20-25 a time, when you can watch it on the WWE Network for £9.99 per month.
I would never pay for a sports event on Box Office as you aren't guaranteed any value for money from it.
