I did wonder as well if Spurs did a deal to give Kane/Pritchard/Carroll 10 days rest from 1 June so they join up with u21 squad missing the friendly on June 11th but a week before the tournament. And in turn the 3 weeks after the tournament might be slimmed down to 2 weeks, which makes a 3 week pre-season leading to the Audi Cup and 4 weeks to the start of Pl which might be just about enough
Last/this season, Pre-season started 5 &1/2 weeks before out 1st game, we played 5 friendlies, the 1st of which came after 10 days of training. Coming straight from a tournament, they shouldn't need as much conditioning, so I would think 4 weeks would be fine, but you have to worry about the little amount of rest they will be getting.

Okay guys, tickets booked.

1st day: Block 223
Final day: Block 335

We are already 6, Spurs in Germany are informed and on the first day Spurs Austria is in 223 too according to them.
It would be great if we can fill some more Spurs fans in there to create a bit of noise maybe and to get to know each other.

Also are looking for some spurs fans to go out for a drink after the first day on Tuesday and to share the time on Wednesday midday in central Munich.

As more as we are, the more funny it will be. Share it and pass it on if possible, cheers :)

I don't care that this is only a few day before the premiership is back, I'm looking forward to playing against some of the best in the world.

Not everyone will agree but i think this shows that Levy doesn't see Champions league as a realistic target this season (rightfully so) which i think is positive as Poch wont be under much pressure and hopefully he will time to build

Just got my tickets to the Audi Cup yesterday.

w00t w00t!!

Who else is going from here? I'm arriving night before the Real semi but leaving before the final. A short stop over but getting to watch the Super Spurs trounce the Minnows from Madrid 8-0 in the Allianz Arena was too good an opportunity to pass up...

I really think this is the tournament to get us fine tuned for an opening game against Utd. We need to hit 8th at running and if the squad can't get alive playing against these teams...

So tournament aside it is all about having fun, drinking and singing. We should get most Spurs fans together as possible.

We contacted some Irish Pubs in Munich and this one is prepared for a large group.

We will meet up at Kennedy's bar and restaurant on Tuesday and Wednesday from about 1.30 until 4.30:

You can find it directly at the tube station "Sendlinger Tor":

From there on it is a short journey with the U6 to the Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning)

So please share the news with everyone who is going so we have a great time there! For any questions you can contact me via DM or in the thread. Can swap numbers if wanted.

I thought this was Weds/Thurs and only just noticed it's actually Tues/Weds, which isn't quite so bad ahead of Utd game

Thoughts on the reception Bale will get from the Spurs fans that travel over? Do you think he'll acknowledge the fans in some way seeing as though it's the first time he'll be playing us since his move?

I know to some it won't matter because he's just not a Spurs player anymore but it will be interesting.

I also don't think that it will matter that it's so close to the start of the season either. Players at the very most will play 60 minutes which is probably how long they would be training for on a normal Wednesday and Thursday anyway.

I imagine he'll probably get a born to play for Spurs song or something like the Bale chant, don't know if he'll acknowledge it or not but it would be nice if he did.
