surprised this is on as the Southern League is having a pause for a few games.

Roberto Soldado opens up on Spurs: 'It’s like a thorn in my side and always will be'

Look at the attributes strikers that do well in the PL have and poor Bobby had none of them.

Bit of a pisser as I'd had him starting as our CF.

    Manager watch: Jose Mourinho

As your previous message started Is basically saying he's had to take a step down coming here and the question is who is a step up. I Think the list would be something like Man City, PSG, Bayern, Barca and Juve. City and Barca(maybe Bayern too)might be ruled out for footballing reasons but I...

    Manager watch: Jose Mourinho

Rushed phone reply makes less sense than I'd have liked. I mean that if we're measuring how high his stock is by the club's that would have him I think that the fact that he has been at some of the biggest already makes that difficult. Of the tier of teams above Spurs, ignoring previous clubs...

    Manager watch: Jose Mourinho

Well maybe but he was linked to Real and if you take out the club's he's already managed, and rule out Barca due to the obvious reasons, and there are about two clubs left.

Match Threads Chelsea vs Spurs - Match Thread

You see the difference between a team with and without a striker. Chelsea can press knowing any forward ball a Spurs midfielder makes will be won by the defenders. Knowing how to time runs and holding the ball up is a massive difference between the teams.

Match Threads Aston Villa vs Spurs - Match Thread

Smiths comments are down to the fact he's just walked off the pitch after conceding a shitty(for them) late goal and not really knowing what to say. He wants to defend his player but he really has nothing to go on so he chooses an easy target.

    Player Watch: Serge Aurier

Tbh this thread doesn't really need any reaction after today's match. He was basically not good not bad, an all-round average performance which I'll take most weeks.

Too many of our attackers really don't like passing when they are anywhere near the box.

Barca To Buy Outside the Transfer Window Because of Injury to Dembele

Without knowing how often this rule has been used it really looks like it's designed for the benefit of the big two.

    Player Watch: Serge Aurier

This is where blind defending of a player looks stupid. Aurier didn't get the ball and the first(independant) person you will have come across who thought that was the VAR. Dean didn't give the because it did look like he got the ball, the ball did move in a way that made it look like he got but...

    New Stadium Details And Discussions

An nfl game takes twice as long so you might need something to eat or drink whereas I wont bother in ground most of the time at a game of football.

Cardiff record signing Sala on missing plane

It was obvious this could never end in a totally dignified way. All the money and the circumstances of the death meant what is happening was inevitable.

Haven't read the article (avoiding that paper improves my happiness) the timing isn't great as the team actually passed it around quite nicely for periods last mayo.

Let's All Laugh At... Let's All Laugh At West Ham

Is that fair? Moyes took over a team in the relegation zone and got them to safety. He is then replaced by a manager who spends a fortune and is sacked when they are just above the relegation zone. It says something that he's again having to clear up a mess left by more popular managers.

Player Watch Player watch: Son Heung-min

He does have those games where his touch reminds me of Peter Crouch but I'll happily take them for the ones where he runs the length of the pitch to score.
