I think Gabriel is going to be the best deal for a CB this window. We should be all over it......

Everton??? a top 4 club? Lmao
He meant the other club is top4 club historically I think. This still tbh doesn't say anything.

Dominik Szoboszlai, 19, Att Mid, RB Salzburg.
2019/20 stats: 27apps, 9G, 14A.
He has a reported £21m buy-out clause and is being linked with Arsenal, AC Milan, and Napoli. He looks like he may be the next serious talent out of Salzburg.

Absolute baller.

It makes my head hurt that we haven’t been linked to him because IT MAKES TOO MUCH SENSE ffs.

He does have a similar profile to Eze though who we seem serious about. I’d rather have Szoboszlai though.

I remember when Pep first went to munich he didn’t exactly have leader in that midfield. He even tried Lahm there to provide leadership and stability in that midfield. Then next season he brought Xabi Alonso who was 32 years old that time and used him on a regular basis in the midfield. It helped Bayern not only experience wise but also young players like Kimmich, Thiago learnt a lot by training with someone like Xabi Alonso. People say Pep only plays Youth players which is not eexactly true. He regularly played Kompany in that backline of City, he has Fernandinho along with 34 years old David Silva in that midfield. What I am saying is every top coach needs one or two experienced and top class leader not only in the backline but also in the midfield and attacking line. Now what we have in our midfield and attacking line up? Do we have a single trophy winning player in our midfield and forward line? In terms age, Sissoko is the most experienced but he lacks skill and trophy winning pedigree. I really find it amusing when people say Mourinho will bloat our squad with aging players. There’s nothing wrong with aging players. If Munich can buy players like Xabi Alonso at the twilight of his career or Barca can afford 32 years old Vidal, then I can’t see why we can’t afford someone like Rakitic or Modric in the middle of our midfield. It will certainly help players like Ndombele, Winks, Skipp if we have one of those atleast for two seasons. If we want to win trophies we need atleast one 30+ years old trophy winning midfielder and one 30+ years old trophy winning attacker in our squad. And there’s nothing wrong with that. United gave new two years deal to 32 years old Matic. While I remember when Mourinho came and there were couple of links of Matic to Spurs, People laughed that Matic is shit and adding Matic will weaken Spurs squad.

After watching these 5 games post lockdown, what I can tell is we lack that experience leader in the middle and final third of the pitch. If we can bring someone like Modric or Rakitic or Willian, I think we should do the deal. It will help our transition much more smoother.

Very tenuous links today saying we are in for Ozan Kabak at Schalke. Highly (highly) doubt it's true, but he would be good a signing for us. Just turned 20 in March. Think he'd be around 25m for a purchase, which has me questioning it (he came from Stuttgart last season) and if we could afford that. Watch a fair bit of Schalke when I can because of Weston McKennie mostly, but when I've watched Kabak has stood out as a solid defender with good size, positions himself well and is pretty strong in the tackle. I feel like he'd do well in the EPL.

He would be good signing. Hope that it's true and not just Turkish journalist saying that because Alasdair said this week that we watched him :D

There is a player called Bozhidar Kraev who is a Bulgarian footballer who currently plays as a midfielder or striker for Gil Vicente on loan from Danish Superliga club, he is only 23 and can play all positions across the midfield and he is good playing as a striker,he is 6.2 feet tall and can use both feet.

Because I still watch Edwards play I have seen him play a few times and he has always impressed me and below are some of his goals he is the number 24, he is also a very confident Lad very much like Berbatov was.

Not saying we should buy him but someone should because he is very talented and I think he would be a cheap buy.

Scored again tonight.
