How hard can it be to make a nice white shirt with navy trim for fuck sake

You mean like this year?

Not that I disagree with you. Not sure why it has to be so complicated each year, but I guess it makes sense from a marketing point of view. Few buy one every year so make sure to have some "wacky" design once in a while to cover all bases. I can understand the logic unfortunately.

It's the v-collar with the yellow trim. Makes it look horrific. Bang a proper all navy collar on that and it would look good.

I don't think it needs to be over complicated like this design, 2009/10 and 14/15.

Just keep it a clean what shirt with anything extra in navy like most of the shirts we have had.
We should ba able to create something new while being traditional with that.

Keep the weird designs to the 3rd kit

:ROFLMAO: the same hysterical reaction every year when the shirt gets leaked.

I like the camo, the sleeves are on I guess. Not sure about the lightning down the sides but fuck it, its only a shirt.

Is this Levy/Nike attempting to garner the interest of a younger crowd or something? It's all I can come up with...

Yeah good point, bit of an oversight on my part, like you say they probably need to bring out a wacky one so there's a big contrast from the one from the previous season so people are more likely to buy it

Look on the bright side, we'll probably go and win something next season now just so that for the rest of time we can see that monstrosity in the trophy celebrations. That really would be Spursy.

The kit with the yellow V , 2010 modric days, was far worse, but grew on us because we qualified for the CL that year,

My point is if we are playing well and successful, the kit suddenly looks fucking marvelous.

They all seem aimed at FIFA ultimate team players. The more outlandish the better.

We're gonna need any three of West Brom, Leeds, Fulham, Preston and Swansea to get promoted, otherwise when the hell are we going to find time to work our way through three different away kits

I quite like it.

I'm getting a bit bored of the plain white we've had for the last few seasons (excluding the printer toner shirt obvs. Even then, I didn't mind that, either.)

Who cares what the bloody kit looks like, anyway. I'm more interested in how we play in it.

If it's a good season, the kit will be remembered fondly. It really is as simple as that.

We're in for a treat next season - 4 kits... they're all going to be bonkers aren't they...

I dont mind that kit but horizontals make me look fatter and hoops accentuate man bobs (not good for me). Ill still buy it though because i like keeping a collection of away kits. Last home kit I brought was the seat belt one then before that was Kappa

This is a common myth - vertical stripes make people look taller if it's quite a thin stripe, but they're also far less flattering to podgy bits.

Horizontal stripes don't accentuate those bits as much, generally.

Probably why Newcastle fans all look gargantuan. Either that or pies.
